Cape Artisan Tile is the best hands down! We bought all of our tile and floors with Arthur and he was exceptional. They also did all of the installs and their attention to detail, punctuality with our deadline and keeping everything within the suggested budget was all spot on!I can't recommend them enough. I would choose them over and over again! Best tile and flooring company in New England!

I hired Arthur to renovate all four of the bathrooms in our home and we could not be happier with the results. He and his team were consummate professionals and the results exceeded all expectations. In an industry that is wrought with shoddy work, fraud, cost baiting, and broken promises, Arthur and his team are a rare gem amongst a sea of crooks and under-performersFirst is his attention to detail. Arthur knows quality when he sees it. He was relentless with the subs, demanding that they pay attention to every detail. Nothing got past him. I’m meticulous, and I could find nothing, literally nothing that he missed. I have contractor friends who work out of state who have visited and have commented how high the quality of the work is. At times it felt like he was doing the job for his own home.Second is his attention to timeline. Arthur told me that it would take about 4 months and he delivered exactly on time. Every step of the way he was in contact with me letting me know what to expect and when. This delivery timeline included all the add-ons we added along the way and all of the unexpected discoveries we had.Third was his cost management. Arthur watched every dollar on that project like a Hawk, like it was his own. Every step of the way he was forcing the subs to eat costs when they were not true to their estimates or in some cases eating the costs himself to avoid passing it along to us. Our budget stayed within 10% of our cost estimate even with our change orders, upgrades and discoveries.Finally results are the proof of it all. The pictures say it all. Check out what these guys did. Just mind blowing. If you are considering Arthur for a job in your home, I can tell you from experience it is money in the bank. Just do it.

The website does not do justice the professionalism and excellence of this company and its products. Not only are my floors transformed, but my house also seems to be renewed.
