We had a great experience purchasing my Nissan Rogue at Coastal last month. We first met with Harry Webster while still just “looking” and it was our experience with him that made us want to go back when finally ready to purchase the following week. Harry was off that day off but he referred us to Jake Arena and we had another wonderful experience and ended up buying that day. Everything went smoothly; Jake and Coastal took care of everything and were very accommodating to our very busy schedule. Many thanks to Jake, Harry and Coastal, I will absolutely recommend them in the future.

Billy was absolutely amazing. I hadn't done the "big car purchase" in 14 years and I was extremely nervous. Billy was so easy to work with and calmed me down. I can't thank him enough for putting me into my 2018 Frontier. Everyone there is so great! Highly recommend. Thank you everyone!

I have been driving Nissan vehicles for as long as I can remember. After working with Coastal now for a number of years, I have had many great experiences. Most recently I was hit with that news no one ever wants to hear, your vehicle needs a major repair. As a car owner this news is never easy to hear. I was going through a whole host of life things amidst the car news so I was definitely upset. I initially worked with Tim in the service department followed closely by George and Dave. Each one of them went above and beyond to get this done for me as painlessly as possible and helped me get through many ups and downs. A lot of back and forth, waiting and delays but I was always updated and kept in the loop. I was able to use a loaner vehicle to assure I could get to where I needed to be for the duration of my repair. In the end, the repair was done but I did opt to get into a new vehicle. Moving into sales I worked with both Lance and Rich. I had worked with Lance in previous years when I bought a car in Cohasset and was absolutely thrilled to see him in the showroom in Norwell! Lance made the process so comforting and he spent so much time with me, helping me navigate my new purchase. My purchase went late into the evening and Lance still spent the time to assure I was comfortable in my vehicle and gave me a great tour around my new Rogue! Between Lance and Rich I had an overall pleasant buying experience and am so far very pleased with my vehicle. Many behind the scenes thanks must also go to mechanics/technicians and finance staff. Billy in the showroom is always so warm, friendly and attentive even if he isn’t working directly with you…I just feel he needs a shout out! I hope I have many more enjoyable years in my Rogue. These guys all know what my journey entailed and I want to express my sincere thanks.

About 3 weeks ago I drove up to coastal Nissan from cape to look at a 2015 Jeep wrangler they had in stock, upon arrival I was greeted by Lance who had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I had got there. Lance was extremely kind and helpful. I had been looking for a few weeks, doing lots of research to get the exact vehicle I wanted. My dream car since I was 16, so needless to say I wasn't going to settle. After test driving about a dozen jeeps, I fell absolutely in love with the one they had there. They had me driving off the lot that day in my new jeep. They had it detailed for me and everything set to go .The process was extremely easy and stress free and most importantly what I appreciated from them was the respect. Being a young independent woman I had gone to several other dealerships and been absolutely turned off by the way they treated me, talked to me and looked at me like a piece of meat, especially McGovern Hyundai of Brockton. I was actually asked while looking under the vehicle there "if I knew what I was looking at" meanwhile they couldn't tell me a single thing about the jeep. Lance and his team were so kind, helpful, and respectful. They treated me as if I was family, got me exactly what I wanted and I left that day feeling everything fell exactly in place and extremely glad I found Coastal Nissan. Not only that, I got a sweet deal on a badass jeep. Lance called me quickly 2 days after my purchase with the sticker and everything ready to go. And even called me a week later to check in on how I was loving it (which I was and still am!!!). THANK YOU GUYS! I will be sending my friends here.

Had a great experience purchasing my 2020 Nissan Frontier. Salesman Billy Barboza was great to work with , very knowledgeable and not pushy which I really appreciate . Paperwork and everything went very smoothly. No problem with getting inspection stickers etc …..I would definetly recommend them to my friends and family ?

Lance Ward, my sales associate was great. He made leasing my Nissan a breeze. I knew what I wanted to pay and he worked with that. Never felt pressured. I wish my past experiences at other dealerships were this easy. Highly recommend Lance for all your Nissan needs!!

Jake Arena is a great asset to Coastal Nissan. The BEST car purchase, interaction ever. I have bought many, many vehicles over the years. This by far was the best experience. No pressure, haggling or aggressive behavior that car sales people are known for. Experienced a small glitch shortly after driving off the lot of which Jake handled in a professional , prompt manner and was able to help rectify the issue quickly.

Lance Ward was phenomenal! He was patient, friendly and informative. I never felt rushed and there wasn't any fine print. He took his timewith us but also didn't drag his feet. The process was smooth and painless. The entire experience was excellent. I highly recommend him to all!

I can't say enough good things about Coastal Nissan and Coastal Auto. I absolutely loved working with Lance and the whole team. I was moving to Mass from across the country and needed a car asap, and despite limited inventory in the auto industry, they found me a great deal. Then they went above and beyond helping me sort out my registration when I was new to the state. Now it is months later, and they continue to be incredibly responsive and helpful with inquiries and service questions. And I LOVE my car. Thank you, Lance and Coastal Nissan, I'd give you 10 stars if Google would let me.

Recently I bought my first car from Coastal Nissan, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff was wonderful and did a great job at answering my millions of questions and concerns throughout this process. I never felt like a burden and felt very at home while there. The process though scary at first was easily made peaceful by the staff that did an amazing job! Lance Ward was the salesman who I talked to and he was stellar. He absolutely crushed and made every step of this process feel weightless as he handled so much and helped me with everything I needed. I thank them so much and love the car they gave me! :)

There are very few dealerships that I would give a 5 star review, but Coastal Nissan is clearly one of them. From GM Steve Delaney to Lance Ward on the sales team, they are professional in every way. Great experience with our Senior Sales Advisor, Lance Ward, a veteran salesman who is a pleasure to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Coastal will be my first stop for a vehicle in the future. Very happy with all aspects of our buying experience. Excellent dealership.

We just purchased a vehicle from out of state, which is the reason we will not be able to return for service work. If we lived nearby, we most definitely would. However, everything associated with the purchase went easily and smoothly. The vehicle was in great shape when it was delivered locally, and the sales representative took great care to explain all the features in detail. He also assisted in setting up the phone and safety features. It was a great experience overall.

Think twice before leasing here if you may ever consider buying out the lease. They have a unique customer adverse policy of holding your car for 7-10 days after closing while the title settles. I spoke with Nissan and other dealers who clarified that it is not a common policy. They did this on a lease I closed on last year and I had to juggle being a car short during the holding period even though I was paying on my new loan. I had another lease come due last week. After confirming with Coastal that they still maintained this policy, I went to Sullivan Brothers for an easy clean process, and I still have use of my car.I have bought/leased multiple cars from Coastal over the years. Their anti-customer policy and lack of concern has lost them a long-term client.

I had such a great, hassle-free experience selling my leased car here that I just had to leave a review. Jake, our salesperson, and the reason why I’d sit here and write this review in the first place, really went above and beyond in making the whole process as painless as possible. He really worked fast while still being personable and attentive to me and my family throughout the entire process.10/10 service, I highly recommend.

I just bought a used car from Coastal Nissan and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Everyone there was so nice, especially Harry, my advisor. I test drove two cars and liked both of them but wasn't pressured at all to go for the most expensive one. Once I decided to buy one of them, Harry was very patient with showing me how to use some of the technology that I did not have in my prior car (2012) and I really felt that he was looking out for me through the entire process.I definitely recommend this dealership and further suggest that you request Harry W to be your sales rep (advisor)! : )
