You can't make this up. Getting a monthly prescription for 8 months, I've gotten the whole script in one visit once. The other months I got partials. The last month I got 3 partials. All due to not in stock. Each visit requires standing in line on average of 15 minutes only to be told that it's not ready and come back in 15 minutes and stand in line again! So December took 6 visits at 30 minutes inside cvs and 20 minutes travel to and from each time. Total for December is 7 hours of my time. Once I was going to Europe the next day and they only had 2 days worth. I asked why this was happening and it was always due to someone else. This store doesn't care about their customers and taking responsibility. I feel bad for the workers there as they try hard being grossly understaffed. I'm stuck with them for where they are located. My story isn't unique as I talk to others in line

My doctor called in my refill 10 days ago, I drove there twice to pick up, they claim they don't have it as of yet blaming my Dr. office...now on phone waiting for 15 mins, so far so I confirmed that it was indeed called in. Now they tell me I have a 30 day supply when my Dr.called in 90 days. I'm verydisappointed since I've been using this location for many years.

CVS prices can’t be beat with the Carepass program. I panicked when Walmart was closed down near me but I have found with the Carepass program, I’m saving even more money at CVS. When you follow the instructions of the program, it is as if CVS is giving you $60 dollars a year to shop there plus giving you all the extra coupons and Extrabucks you earn. I’ve left CVS with a bagful of merchandise and have paid $1. The program is so worth it!

The pharmacy here is terrible. You call and are often waiting for a pick up for 10 to 15 minutes. When the refills or not ready or out of stock, they don’t even bother to call you. Refill ready alerts are unreliable. So many unnecessary trips and wasted time. Huge lines.I transferred all my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street and I’ve had a much better experience.

I’ve been using this CVS since November 2022. I’m done. This time I received a notification that my prescription (Rx) would be ready last night by 7pm. My husband went to pickup at 3pm today. They have not filled it.Last month my Dr. sent a refill for a specific fill date which was 3 days in the future. Guess what, they place Rx on hold and the only way they know it has to be filled is if you call them day of. That’s what he said….not even kidding. I said ‘there is no automatic notification when a Rx on hold is ready for refill?’His answer ‘No, we have no way of knowing that a Rx on hold is ready to fill.”I don’t know why I’ve waited so long ?I could have saved myself a lot of stress.

Go to any other pharmacy than this one. They are very understaffed. Takes 20 minutes to pick up a prescription that is already paid for.

The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. The prescriptions are sometimes not ready despite being called in days before. The pharmacist is unwilling to provide customer service and fill it despite CVS error and instead says to come back the next day.

They were very helpful. I had a list of make up type items to get and I know nothing about make up. They saw me struggling and offered help. Can’t ask for better customer service.

I usually use a different pharmacy but my medication was out of stock so I tried here as my next resort since it’s near my work…long story short the man that picked up the phone was super short and rude with me and put me on hold for awhile to come back on the phone to say they have my medicine and it’ll be ready within a couple of hours. I drove with my 8 month year old all the way over from Duxbury just to be told they don’t have it and the one they have is expired….they should’ve told me they didn’t have it before wasting my time

This store has twice sold my infant son expired medication, once a few weeks ago and again just yesterday. I will never be using this pharmacy again and will be filing a formal complaint.

I am writing this review as a helpful warning to those of you who might be considering using the Norwell Ma location as their paharmacy. I signed up online to get a Covid second booster. I did all of the required paperwork and chose the 6:00 pm time to be sure I would be on time. I live near but I commute from Norwood as a Second Grade teacher. Luckily, traffic was on my side and I was almost an hour early. I asked if there was any chance I could be seen early and was told, in an abrupt voice, that I would have to wait until 6:00 pm or it would "Open up a time slot." Not sure what that meant I decided to wait beause I am on cancer medication and really wanted to get that booster. After a significant amount of tme a gentleman came in and said he had signed up for a vaccine. He said he was a little late. They asked what time his appointment was for and he said 5:00 pm. I looked at my watch and he was 28 minutes late! However, the same person who denied my an earlier time said she could take him in a minute. When I went to the window to ask why he was allowed to go before me when he was a half an hour late, they gave the same lame exscuse that it would open up a time slot so I had to wait. Now, I don't understand why he wasn't made to wait and let me go first and then he could have my slot! ? When I nicely asked to see a manger with my concerns I was told she is on vacation! How convenient!I do plan on following this through. I was not treated fairly or with the care and respect I feel I should encounter. I now understand why this location receives only 2 stars. I think it may now go even lower!

I go in the Hanover store quite often took up to pick up the wife's meds or my meds the staff are pretty nice and knowledgeable but the prices are way too high for me to buy regular stuff you should be gouging stuff like the candy there or you're grocery department some of your frozen meals of much higher than in like Walmart or market basket I don't buy batteries in there at all unless they're on sale come up paying $20 for batteries I can get in Walmart the same time I have to price I'm sorry but I tell it like it is

Retail store is great. Staff always helpful, friendly despite being short staffed and product shortages. Not their fault!Pharmacy another story, CVS getting rich off drugs and vaccines. Long waits, forget about calling. Corporate obviously doesn't care they just count the money. One liscensed pharmacist filling scripts, giving vaccines, answering medical questions. Forget about busy, not safe.

After 2 years of performing Covid tests, CVS is still just as incompetent as they have been since the beginning. If you are planning to travel, DON'T depend on CVS getting your results to you within the promised time frame. They don't care.

Retail store is great. Staff is helpful and go out of their way to keep line moving and help you if needed. Despite employment/supply chain crisis going on. Pharmacy another story. CVS corporate obviously all about the money. Contant texts to refill prescriptions, recording joyfully brags they offer 15 vaccines. One liscensed pharmacist filling scripts, running out to blue curtin to give a vaccine. Then back to scripts, vaccine, drive up full, phone "8 callers waiting" drugs are their money maker. Have been a customer over 20 years. Corporate obviously doesn't care. I moved my scripts to their competition much better.
