Excellent experience with my McLaren purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone buying a high end vehicle. They have a great selection of exotic cars and luxury vehicles. My sales associate Ben Nickerson was the best.

10 Star service from this team! I found my McLaren on car gurus and I called the number on the ad and that’s when Bryan answered. He helped me with all my questions and quickly got me over to Mike! Long story short they got me qualified thru there in house loan team and I flew out from LA to boston! Bryan picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership and we test drove the car and closed the paperwork in under an hour! Everything they promised came thru and they had the car on the shipping truck the very next day! Highly recommended dealership to work with! Thank you Bryan, Mike, and David for all of your help and making my dream of owning an exotic car come true!

Extremely stereotypical, the young salesmen on the floor treated me like a minority as if we are not all humans. I felt racially profiled by everyone on the sales floor nobody said hi or made us feel welcomed at this dealership, I’ve been to several exotic car dealerships and I have bought several exotics cars with me & my business partner but this is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had. I asked the gentleman which is 23 years of age who is the youngest salesmen on the floor “who can sit in this car “ & he said “not you but the koenigsegg owners can” The sales people were absolutely horrible not only including the 23 year old salesmen but every other salesmen on the floor including the asian gentleman and his fellow coworker! I will add though that everybody in the back near the service area treated me very well! Outside of that the sales people were horrible and treated me and my family as if we aren’t human as well.

Bought a G Wagon from this dealer a year ago to the day, from the day of delivery I communicated with them the brakes made a horrible sound, my local MB dealer confirmed that the rotors need to be changed they had a defect, the GM replied with "it is a high horsepower SUV" the noise is normal. I laughed and said you all are just trying to not make the situation right. Needless to say I paid out of pocket. I would Strongly NOT BUY from this dealer.

I had a great experience purchasing my 570s spider from this dealership. I live in NJ but Ben (the sales rep) made it so simple, sending me everything I requested & pictures of the vehicle from every angle. It was a four hour drive from me but by the time I got there everything was ready, I was in & out. I wasn’t able to drive the car down because they needed to register the vehicle in NJ, but I received the car (the shipped it in a closed trailer) along with the registration & plates approximately 37 hours after purchasing the vehicle, which I’m glad I didn’t have to drive the exotic home now looking back at it.

McLaren of Boston was a Great experience for me !! I purchased a 765lt ! This was my first exoctic car purchase and my dream car and I was nervous at first !! My salesman Mike was very respectful never any pressure, very knowledgeable about this model and guided me through everything from beginning to end !! Communication was excellent on a daily basis ecspecially being I live in NY and I was 250 miles away .I definitely plan on being a future customer at this dealership.
