“Writing this for my dad (lol) I had a mix up at the Dedham store and they forgot an alarm on a pair of pants. They were awesome too and so living closer to Hanover I went to the store with my receipt to see if they could remove it for me. Unfortunately we had to do a return Mickey went out of his way to go to the Dedham store to make the switch personally. Then he had the new pair sent directly to my house with a very nice note. This company is so lucky to have such an awesome associate working for them. Keep it up Mickey I’ll be back !”

“I purchased a sport coat from here online and a suit in the store. It is a wonderful place to shop for men's clothing. Very good selection of popular and traditional styles. The sport coat or recently purchased was at a great price and delivered within a couple weeks. Many items can be purchased online and picked up at the local store, check with the store location online or call for in-store pickup. Suit measures and tailoring can only be done in the stores. I look forward to wearing my sport coat.”

I was looking for a specific style of pants in my size, she went to look for them right away and after not having my size she called another store to check. The other store had my size and they let me order them right over the phone even though I forgot my banana rep card. Shout out to the employee from the other store also. These pants are so comfy and make me feel and look great, so it was a big deal. You guys rock and made my day! Let’s go!!!”

“I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.”

“This Macy's is a bit smaller than the other Macy's locations that I'm used to but still I can usually find most of what I am looking for here. I've bought very good quality clothing here, especially nightwear and sweaters. Their cosmetics and fragrances department is really nice and there are always plenty of salespeople behind the counters to help you out if you want to try on a product. I've bought several items from this department and have never been disappointed with what I've bought. One of the last times I was here someone from management helped me out with a gift card that I was having trouble using. So the customer service here is great and I can always count on leaving the store happy. They always have their departments attractively set up. And the prices on the merchandise and displays are always very clear. This location is definitely worth visiting.”
