“Josh at the Norwell store. Was awesome he greeted me with a good morning and what can I do for you today. After inspecting my car and doing my oil change he commented on a couple of things that may be needed for my car. What i really liked is that it was in no way a pushy type of sales move it was recommending some things that will need to be addressed if not now sometime in the future. I would definitely recommend Josh and this Jiffy Lube in the future.”

“I was referred to Bob by a mechanic friend of my mother's after being given a ridiculous quote by Coastal Volkswagen. I did not know exactly what was wrong with my engine, besides that something was wrong with the timing chain and it had caused damage in other areas as well. Within a reasonable amount of time for the amount of work done, Bob diagnosed and repaired my car, explaining exactly what was wrong and what he was doing every step of the way. By the time everything was done, he'd fixed my engine and more for less than HALF of what Coastal had quoted me for. I wouldn't recommend another Volkswagen mechanic over Bob!Services: Engine repair”

“Yesterday I had to pull over suddenly for a little roadside emergency and Advanced Auto was closest. I called them blindly and quite a bit stressed about this horrible noise my car started making, not drivable and I rely on my car for a living. Mike was patient and kind and was able to figure out the problem quickly so I had my car back by the end of the day. He was fair and put me at ease with it being a simple solution. Overall a great experience ! They were very busy and he could have easily brushed me off but saved my day instead. I’d def return in the futureService: Auto brake repair”

“As someone with a busy schedule who needed a quick oil change, I was glad to be serviced here. They explained different services without trying to push a sell too hard and I drove away feeling like I understood more. Finley was personable and made my first valvoline experience very pleasant. May be more expensive then my regular mechanic, but it was worth it for the fast service and it certainly beat having to schedule an appointment. Thanks!”
