Last year I purchased a low mileage 2007 911 from Porsche Norwell. After months fixing vibration issues that appeared shortly after purchasing, I decided to trade it in on another vehicle. This is when I came to learn that Porsche Norwell had botched the paperwork on the title giving it a TMU title. It took another two months to resolve this issue due to poor communication from Porsche Norwell.

Our family has a Cayenne and a Macan, plus my in-laws have a Macan. We have worked with the Porsche Norwell team for the past few years and consistently appreciate their work, communication and responsiveness. Also we have seen them grow tremendously. That growth includes adding Reina, who has been a welcome addition to the team as she is thoughtful, detailed and always has positive energy! Thank you Reina, for making our loaner exchanges so easy and for the follow up calls.Our service rep, Mike noted that he has worked his way up through the company and it is obvious, as his technical knowledge helps inform and support his outstanding customer service skills. He is always wiling to take time to explain details and walk me through any challenges regarding the issue(s) being addressed. Thank you Mike, for making our necessary trips valuable and relatively painless.I would like to note that the techs & mechanics that have worked on our 2 cars at any given time deserve shout outs but I do not know their names Andrew is clearly dedicated to a team approach, this group really delivers solutions and support that make us appreciate their time and talent. *Just a thought - a customer waiting area / work area, that could be reserved when making appt so customers can get work can be done when staying with the car for a few hours. When I bought my car in January I was told there was an oil leak detected during the initial inspection when they got it as a trade in. I was told not to worry about it and that they cleaned it up and said it was probably excess oil in the engine bay. The technician failed to notice that the crank case breather was the issue. I just brought it in to another shop for its first oil change and brought up the concern with the oil under the hood. They quoted me $400 to replace this faulty crankcase breather. I would expect a Porsche dealership to be able to identify a common issue like this, now I'm stuck paying out of pocket for an issue that existed before I bought my car. This is unacceptable for a high end dealership like Porsche.

Terrific Car Buying Experience! Matt Barrett (Sales), Max Weiss (Sales Manager), David Liang (Finance Manager) , Andrew Dunn (General Sales Manager) all worked diligently and professionally for us making our Porsche buying experience exceptional. Can't forget the Service Department for their expeditious efforts to deliver this vehicle in a timely fashion. Well Done and Greatly Appreciated! I sold my 911 on Porsche Club of America Mart and went looking for a Cayman. I had four choices and one was at Porsche Norwell. This is the car I finally chose. Communication from NH to MA was efficient and they took a deposit over the phone. Delivery was to be a couple of days before a long weekend and that plan fell in a heap. But we negotiated. They then delivered as planned. The hand off was perfect and the car is too. Recommended .. 4.5 stars!

After several frustrating experiences at other dealerships, the team at Porsche Norwell was excellent. Each step had a specialist, including a salesperson, a Porsche Pro and then the final business manager to finalize the paperwork--and each of them were professional, informative and accommodating throughout the process. After 2+ months of shopping, I was almost at my wits end with dealerships in general, planning to go to the private marketplace or an auction site, but this team restored my faith that the car buying process does not have to be miserable or pushy.

Thanks again for being the place I choose over Porsche of westwood. You guys are always worth the drive, and always take great care of me. Maybe it’s because it’s where I bought my car, but then again why would I ever go anywhere else if they’re by far better then the other dealer in the area.

After being a loyal and satisfied Mercedes owner for the last decade, switching to Porsche was a difficult transition. The purchase of my Macan was not without its challenges both pre and post purchase, which had me unsure as to whether or not switching brands was the right move. However, my salesperson Brian was consistent throughout the whole process. Every issue that arose was handled swiftly and appropriately once he became involved, for that reason, I would return to Porsche Norwell and would recommend anyone intending to purchase a Porsche check out the Norwell location and work with Brian.

I haven’t yet purchased from Porsche Norwell but I wanted to compliment Max and Matt on their customer service in showing my wife and I a variety of Macans. I’m still undecided on my purchase decision but I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re considering a new Porsche.

Incredible experience from start to finish!Tracy is super knowledgable and has a very solid background that made the sale experience a pleasure. Max was a totally hands on manager and creates a low pressure very friendly vibe. The usually painful paperwork end was a breeze with David. Very pleasant overall environment, highly recommend for any vehicle purchase.

Had a fantastic experience. Bought a Taycan and traded in a Mercedes strictly over the phone. Negotiation and process couldn’t have been more seamless and frictionless. Andrew Dunn was great to work with. It was shipped to me 200 miles away. My Porsche Pro Tracy could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and patient. Tracy used FaceTime and spent 2 hours with me going through every detail of the car. Patience and kindness is her outstanding virtue, along with her knowledge of the car. Sometimes in life there are unexpected potholes. With that said, I was lucky enough to have Rob, my salesperson deftly navigate around them. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and he answered his phone!I am very happy with my new Macan and I would highly recommend Porsche Norwell.
