Bad management. Went there 2 times each time from hr to 2 hr just to close account.Person who was working to close told me its closed. Guess what, he didnot close the account and just wasted my time and still he asked me what made me close this account.Not a good management or bank in general.

this is the most badly managed store now that dan is gone. the bankers are soo slow. beyond slow to be honest! so many mistakes. rude to my runners. its a shame. we now drive to weymouth to avoid this store!

This bank is a bunch of fraud artists. I deposited a certified bank check and was told that I needed to request that it was available immediately or they would place a hold on it.....a check that was guaranteed as they had already taken the money out of my account at another bank. How would you know this code talk? They must pull this with everyone they can so they can invest overnight.....looking forward to the funds being available so I can close my account.

I usually go to the weymouth one but this branch had by far the best cutomer service I have ever encountered with in a Santander bank. I have absolutely no complaints.

3 cubicles, 2 glass offices, 5 computers at the tellers desk-one assumed to be for drive thru- (which they have closed) and only 2 workers? they closed Hanover branch, now I drive to the l next town only to sit and wait 20 minutes NO JOKE for a simple withdrawal of cash too large for atm... time to switch banks!

I wouldn't reccommend going to this bank. Alicia is just the most unpleasant, offputting, completely rude, condescending person alive. Her charms would be put to better use working in a position that requires absolutely no contact with people at all. Her eye rolling, irritated sighs at my questions and overall disdain for my presence will ensure I do not return to this branch again.
