Giving a major shout out to Rob Legros, who is the manager at the Sullivan Tire in Norwell. My daughter had close to a flat tire, and Rob and his techs took care of it 15 minutes before closing. My daughter went to Firestone first big mistake. They tried to take advantage of her and sell her 4 tires. Never go to Firestone.

I would give 10 stars, if i could. I just received extremely honorable free service from their Lynn, MA service center, as i have come to expect. Extremely courteous and honorable. Their warranty is Gold Standard!
