Purchased 4 Goodyear Wrangler Kevlars for my F150 the drivers side front started to come apart on the "Inside" sidewall technician at bridgewater location said it was my fault because i used tire shine. I responded I don't know anyone that puts tire shine on the inside of the tire. And if that was the case why isn't the outside peeling apart. Still waiting for a call back to have 4 Firestones installed which I still have to pay $615.00 for because they want to prorate the value of the Defective tires. This will be my last dealings with Sullivan tire.

I had been bringing my personal vehicles and dealership vehicles to this Leominster location for about 5 years now. Never had an issue and always trusted them with my vehicles. I brought my personal vehicle after I had gotten all 4 wheels refinished, brought it in for balance and when I picked it up all 4 were scratched from them poorly handling the wheels while servicing the vehicle. I had the wheels repaired at The Wheel Fix in Waltham, excellent customer service unlike Sullivan Tire. I spoke to Tyler the one who fit me in to the schedule the same day about the scratches and he told me to speak to Frank(the store manager) the next day because we wasn’t in that day, I called Frank on Saturday. Frank told me to come in on Monday so he could see the damage in person. I showed up on Monday with my vehicle and he noticed the damage. I only asked him to pay for one of the wheels and all four of them, and he replied “No problem, just get the wheel refinished and bring me the receipt and I’ll take care of it, but don’t ever come back again.” I was shocked when he said to me, after 5 years of service and never having an issue before and this is how they treat there customers. I called corporate the next day to let them know about the situation, I have been speaking to Jill O’Neill for 3 weeks now and we still haven’t come to an agreement. I want a refund for all 4 of the wheels now, Jill has been giving me the loop around on how I don’t have pictures of the vehicle before I dropped it off at Sullivan and how they can’t confirm that it happened there so they aren’t responsible. They did take pictures of the wheels when the vehicle went into service and you can see that they were perfect when the vehicle went in. Terrible customer service! Don’t bring your vehicle here if they aren’t going to be responsible for what happens when in their hands! They lack the integrity and the customer service they say to have (“Treat everyone, customers and fellow employees, as you would a member of your family.” - Bob Sullivan “The Chef”)

I had an *** light pop up in my car, so i thought Id take it to Sullivan Tire in Newport to take a look. They told me that they could run a diagnostic and let me know what the problem was. They had my car for several hours and then called to tell me that they had run a diagnostic and took the liberty to do further investigations. They then quoted me $1,600 to fix the issue to which i wanted a second opinion. When i went to pick up my car, they required that i paid $154 for the diagnostic. Ive never been charged for a quote in the past and further, was never informed that I would charged for this. Had i know I would have been charged for a quote, i would have taken my car elsewhere. Needless to say, beware before taking your vehicle to Sullivan.

Salesmen John & D. Anber were very courteous, helpful & knowledgeable at Keene, NH store, when I purchased 4 Michelin tires and the recommended all-wheel alignment. I was very pleased with my purchase and service and will highly recommend my friends & relatives go there for their tires, tire balancing & wheel alignment - 5/5 Stars!

RUN from this shop in Norwell, MA. Absolute crooks. I took my daughter's car in to have four new tires put on (sumitomos which we asked for in writing and confirmed verbally - including having them look in the back to see if they were in stock when we arrived). Lo and behold they installed PURE GARBAGE instead (*******). The manager called me on the car phone to tell me "he was installing the *******" I then corrected him and said, "you mean *********, right?" He then told us we needed to have a full alignment for another $100 which we agreed to. We trusted him. Bait and switch: which we didn't discover until II was emailed the receipt. Sailuns were on her car. Ha ha ha - joke on us. These tires don't even have more than 4 google reviews. All I can assume is that they saw a young woman and they figured they would pull one over on her. I conferred with a mechanic friend who said he would "never, ever put such garbage on his child's car". And my daughter lives in Vermont - can you imagine if she had wiped out in the icy conditions up there? While driving home she told me she the car was shuddering and shaking the entire 5 hour trip. OMG. So no alignment was done either. When in the shop they told us that she needed another $1000. in ball bearing work "soon." We passed on that, Thank God. Corporate offices paid us back after I called the shop out. (the managers excuses were ludicrous and he had the audacity to say that I knew we were getting Sailuns - I don't think so buddy! Not when it was not only verbally stated 1/2 dozen times but I also have it in writing!!!). And what about the alignment - who is doing the work there? (Kindergartners?). Or is no one doing it - and you just charge for it? Being financially repaid does nothing to rid me of this immoral experience. What a waste of time. And it could have cost my child her life driving with those - if that had happened I would OWN Sullivan Tire. Buyer Beware. HORRIFIC.

I pre-paid for 4 tires, an alignment, tire insurance booked an appointment for 12/1/19 at 11:00am. My son drove from Rhode Island to have the tires installed. We arrived at 10:45am and were told by the manager "Ken" that they are not honoring any appointments today because they are understaffed, there are too many people in front of me and that there is a storm coming. Please help me understand how this can be allowed to happen to customers? What recourse do we have? Please do not support businesses who treat customers this way.
