Josh has given the best customer service I've EVER experienced at a tesla repair location. Car hasn't even been pulled to the back yet! My experience with teslas customer service has been a nightmare until now today.

Most frustrating experience I even had trying to get a simple answer by calling service and all you get is a run around on auto answering. You can never get a live person to answer anything and the App doesn’t have all the answers. Buy a Tesla and you’re on your own.

They are highly organized, the have a huge waiting room, free coffee, and the bathrooms are spotless. They fixed my squeaky door in under an hour. Don’t forget your card key?
