Tesla provides a varying customer experience. The staff can be kind, professional, and knowledgeable, or sometimes they just walk by. The ladies at service are helpful. Some staff members, like those in service, are great and take good care of customers. The customer service at this location is impeccable and highly recommended. Staff members are extremely helpful and friendly, making customers feel taken care of. Overall, Tesla's staff are a mix of being very helpful and sometimes not as attentive, but they strive to provide great service.

There are mix reviews at this location. All reviews seems to have truth to it. Its a hit or miss at this location with customer experience. I received greetings one day and another day the staff just walks by you, very bizzare. The ladies at service seems to be helpful though.
