Slowest bank, there is always a line of 7-10 people and one teller, each person takes around 5 minutes. Be prepared to wait an hour in line.

Open the branch back up already. The nearest branch is Stoughton which is incredibly crowded due to the overflow. (Great staff there.) Stop using the covid as an excuse to not do your job. It's been way too long. There will always be flues, wars, bad weather etc. Customers want availaibty, decent service...not a list of weak excuses. Stop torturing your customers. Spare me your form letter. I realize Stoughton is open. I just told you it is outrageously crowded. Customers remember when you treat them badly. If a new bank, with amazing services opens up, you will lose most of your customers. Most people chose BofA out of necessity. Hope this helps. update: I switched to Chase. Have a nice day.

I can't speak much for the tellers, as I usually use the ATM for deposits and withdrawals, but in terms of meeting with staff for things like setting up new accounts or discussing other financial options, I can recommend this branch. I met with their Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor, Jerry Diamantides, about an auto loan and about opening a new account for a child-- he was fast, informative, and thorough. He provided information about types of accounts that I was not familiar with (529 plans), but gave genuinely useful advice, rather than trying to sell me on unnecessary products. I recommend meeting with Jerry if you want to discuss investment accounts or auto loans.

Worst bank ever. Couldn’t get access to cash all weekend, getting different information from different agents in customer service, hours on hold, the list of terrible issues is endless. Buyer beware.

Only 1 Teller on and 10 people in line. They don't seem to care. Then they wanted $8.00 to cash a check drawn on their bank! I don't know why people go here. They are robbing the customers with fees

Not enough tellers! Last visit to this location. As I was waiting in line I approached the teller, she told me with a tone, "you need to wait" when she was finally ready to work my response, "I will wait for the next available teller, thank you". I found a new branch without attitude

Customers are merely a source of revenue and no respect is granted them. Holds on deposited checks are three times the length of the true check clearing time. And this after more than 20 years of trouble free deposits. Fees are charges for everything. Fees are very high. Reaching anyone on the phone is almost impossible and requires several steps where the customer is given superfluous information. You can clearly find a bank who values your business more.

Wildly useless ( Allen Gellerman walks away rather than provide any kind of "customer service" )

This morning at 9:05, my mother (before work) went in with my grandma to do something. My mother went up to a teller and told her what she needed done and the teller said she put her in the system. 5 minutes later an elderly lady came in and stood in front of the office. Next thing my mother knows, either a black or mixed employee comes out and takes the elderly lady before her. The employee didn't ask who was there first, she just took the elderly lady. My mom sat down and the employee took 30 minutes with the lady. After another 5 minutes went by and my mom went up to the teller and asked how how much longer it will take because she needs to go to work. The teller got up and went to the other employee and asked. The employee walked out of the office and replies about another 15 minutes, and then says with a stuck up attitude, “what do they wantâ€. I don't know what kind of people you guys are hiring, but this is horrible customer service. My mom was appalled as am I hearing what happened. Disgusting approach to have to people when your job IS with people.

One teller - 9 people in line. Terrible service. In addition to the fees, fees and then the fees. Lots of other options out there.
