I had the pleasure of conducting business regarding my BOA Account with Randa Aramouny, Relationship Banker at Norwood Ma. 02062. She was very calming and professional as I was upset that my Card had been cancelled (only due to lack of activity) on my end . Randa was very professional in explaining everything to me and re-instated my account with a new card being issued. My Wife & I have been BOA customers for over thirty years.Randa should be recognized for her Professionalism as a Representative of BOA . ?

unfortunately I didn’t check reviews before coming to cash a check, The teller I had the displeasure of “helping” me was rude from the moment I walked to the counter until the moment I Walked away. It’s so unfortunate to have such a bitter sour person working a “customer service” position. Maybe she needed a lunch break or a permanent vacation. I would definitely recommend going to a different location as I was helped elsewhere with amazing service!

Bank of America at this location is very bad service i ask for help and the lady in the hall didnt get someone for me instead she threw me rush me out the door cause it was almost cloding time that lady should be fire

I wanted to make a wire transfer and they're keep telling to come back next day, it had been 3 days until I could get it done. Insane !

ATM won't deposit personal checks. Every other local BAC ATM accepts the identical check.Three times with three similar personal checks and the machine rejects them.The location is convenient so I have kept trying.It forces me to go to Norwood or Westwood to deposit the check.

Bad experience from the moment I walked in until I finished paying my car bill. The only bright spot was the teller (only one was available because the other one had to take a break at the busiest time of the day) who helped me pay my bill. This is one of the many reasons why I will never become a BOA customer.

Horrible social distance precautions being taken. They dont have an employee at the main entrance controlling the number of people waiting in the small hallway by the atm. But they only allow 7 people in the branch. Then why allow 10+ in a smaller space by the ATM. SMH. DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY!!!

I attempted to cash a check here and was told I could not because the signature on the check did not match the one they had on file. I took the same check to the medfeild location and it was cashed without issue. Nothing against bank of America, however the employees in the norwood location not only incompetent but also rude.

I just came to this bank to make a deposit and Betty Q. the lady at the window wash talking trash about me to one of her colleague thinking that I could not her. I am so disgusted by it. This is what happens when people become so comfortable that they think they can do whatever they want.
