My fiancée and I drove to the Norwood, MA. Honda dealership to finalize the purchase of a new vehicle. We live about an hour away and unfortunately hit traffic on the way resulting us being 20 minutes late to our appointment. As we were pulling into the dealership, the sales person was calling my fiancée's phone. We met up. No big deal. He was looking at our existing car to appraise our car for a trade in value. He handed my fiancée financing documents to complete. I asked for him to provide an itemized invoice with all of the fees for us to review. I could see by his expression that he did not like my comment. He responded, well you can wait to have the correct document with the financing on it or you can have the wrong information. We both then said. YES, we want to see the document now without the financing please. He then handed us a paper and said with tone to my fiancée, this is what I sent you. My first question was, could he confirm that the price before the fees was in fact the sticker price. He did not answer and just looked at me. I then repeated myself. He finally said, yes. I looked over the fees and asked about the 529 document fee. What did that encompass? He just stared at me. He finally said the paper he is going to sign. I replied, really for paper? ( I have bought cars in the past and realize that there are "admin" fees, but as a sales person, I would expect an explanation) The salesperson said next I don't like your tone, you're being disrespectful. I was shocked. From there it went downhill and we ended up speaking to a manager that half heartily apologized. We then asked for our deposit back and left.In hindsight, the salesperson was put off that we were late and just wanted to finish up and go home. When I started asking questions, he was none too pleased. We have every right to ask questions! And it was his job to answer and explain which he failed miserably. We will be contacting their corporate headquarters and filing a formal complaint.

Don’t go there expecting a deal! They have all sorts of reasons why they won’t work with you.

This is the only place that I go based on what I need to have done for my car. Although people always say that going to the dealer is costly. As far as I no things have gone well for me, because I don't have the time it takes to search a lot of places and then try to find someone to repair what has to get done.
