Unbelievable Customer Service! I worked with Jesse who sold me the car and Bill is the Service Mgr. who arranged what everything. I had a small problem so I did not have to drive there they quickly towed my car and gave me a loaner car such an excellent experience!!!!! Would definitely get another Maserati from them!

Purchased my 2021 Shelby GT500 from Jesse and Maria @Boch Exotics and I cannot express into words the satisfaction I experienced. The whole staff were so friendly and I would gladly recommend them. Thank you for everything!! See you all at Dream Ride again next year!!!

Great experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned GranTurismo MC from Salespeople: KC Sadrzade and Bill Ryan.Smooth transaction and the car is unbelievable. It came with 2.5 years of full warranty as well.

I had such a memorable purchase experience that makes me want to go back for my next upgrade.These guys truly love cars and they will just tell you what they love about the car you are interested in. The showroom was filled with exotic cars and every car that I looked at, the guys passionatley explained about them. While the paper work was being prepared, I was being chauffeured around every corner of the dealer finding more cars that I did not even dreamed of, I was in heaven.These people are not salesman. They collect their cars because they fell in love with them, so you have to be on the same frequency. Highly recommended!

I purchased a ghilbi through these guys and it was far from a pleasant experience. Infact, if you can find your car elsewhere please do not buy it from here. With that being said, my sales person was Ian Jenkins this guy has no knowledge about anything and the GM is even worse. The Gm or sales person act like they don't care rather or not you buy the car or not. They will not do anything without fees. Stay away from here. Most likely you'll be ripped off. Also please read the less tba 5 star reviews as to they seem real as the others seem like they are fabricated.

Took my Maserati to serviced here. I gave the service rep my hard copy of my warranty, so he would have the information on hand. He lost it and I had to go get it from my previous dealership. I was able to regain the information, but that is besides the point.

This is the pinnacle of car buying experiences. 1) it’s a Ferrari dealer so it’s a magical experience just walking in but 2) the way they handle everything is just perfect.I found a car online and messaged to get more info. They opened at 12 the next day. At 11:55am KC had already called me and started the deal. A few texts later and we were good to go.I went to sign papers and he was waiting with the car cool and ready to drive. Beyond expectations.They delivered it perfectly on time and my kids were so excited to see both Maseratis pull up like a mini parade.I have bought a large number of cars getting a new one every year and this was so far above every other dealer I can’t even begin to compare them.I’ll be back when it’s time to get the Ferrari but until then it’s smiles per mile and Boch delivered.

Great organization but service is lacking. Late last year I sent my 2003 Maserati in for body work. The car was sent to an external body shop where they held the car approximately 2 months (should at tops take 1 week). When the car was returned, it looked great and I stored it for winter. This spring I took that car out and the top would no longer retract. I sent the car to Boch and it was returned with a tear in the roof and the top still not functioning. Service department tried to deny they damaged the vehicle and we finally worked out a way to fix the top. The car was held for over 1 month since the new top was ordered from Italy and it took time to arrive. When the job was finished, I went to pick up the car and noticed again the new top was damaged and the top did not sit right on the car. The service department agreed to order a new top and reinstall the new top. I asked if I could take my car while they waited for the part and they wanted me to pay for the damaged top and service in order to release the car. When I refused they held the car and continue to do so as we await the new top to arrive. Sad, I can't use my summer car because they can't fix it correctly. Check out the attached photos.08/18/2022Just a quick update, I finally got my car back and the top looked great. I was told that the service manager personally went to the outsourced vendor to ensure that the job was done correctly. I asked him if he tested the top and he claimed he did. The top looked good when I got it but after putting it down 3 times, the top is yet again damaged. I'm attaching new photo for you to see. I wrote to the service department, let's see what happens.

This will be my second Maserati from Boch. My sale man Alex was awesome and took care of me and the Maserati I was buying. We think man buy a car can be long process. Well not at Boch Maserati, Maria the finance manger is GREAT, I sat down at her desk and was out of there 10 minutes and driving my Maserati.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. It came highly recommended from a customer of mine. Ian Jenkins was our sales specialist and was top notch. He wasn’t pushy, was honest and up front from start to finish, and he made us feel very comfortable. Maria was also great to work with. They made the experience very easy and not stressful at all.

Only had car 5 months and let me tell you...Car seems to have wheel bearing problem at 5 months of ownership. Thought stuff like this would be taken care of before car is even bought tor left lot. Lots of problems with this car. Cant wait for a safety accident or a crash to happen that injured me so I can sue this dealership lord knows they deserve it for their bad practices. I WILL SCREAM AT ANYONE TO NEVER COME HERE!!!Gave this place a chance and even gave them the review they wanted. 5 months of this car and the car feels like it's about to just come apart. The owner of this dealership left a review to come get my vehicle checked out but I'm worried driving over 100 miles to get a car evaluated and not fixed like I've been asking for you're mechanics to review for awhile is just ridiculous. This morning I woke up to to over pulling where the car isn't even safe anymore. The car feels like it's gonna come apart its ridiculous. If BOCH MASERATI CAN ONLY EVALUATE & NEVER FIX!! I'm tired of going to this place for what is so to be looked at never fixed. This place made my Maserati experience horrible. Something I worked my a** off to spend money on. I hate that I gave this place my money. I hate it hate it. I wish I never bought for them and I assure anyone else to NEVER buy from them. They don't fix s**** They don't care. They evaluate. They cob parts. Just to show you how much of a con job this place is I can tell you surely that my in door reflector is barely out on with a putty. This place is a joke. This place will tell you on the review to bring the car in and that they're sorry but I can guarantee you'll be wasting you time with NO FIX. I've done nothing but asked this place to address issues with my car every since I bough the thing and they just "can't duplicate" any problems they see. But maybe if you stopped driving on the fuckig oeffect paved road and go down some shitty potholes you'd see the complaint. I'm beyond pissed. I wanna f*** everyone up at this dealership I'm so mad. I Bought a 2017 Ghibli SQ4 5-6 months ago. The dealer told me they gave me an oil change. But when I checked the oil it was black black after saying they gave it a new oil change as recently as the winter. They told me they put on new tires but the tires burned in less than 10000 miles and I don't drive fast. Car has many creaks coming from either frame or control arm. Car has rattle in speakers. Break constantly squeak. Car makes this noises over bumps. Car has a whistling noise it seems from under on certain occasions. I don't believe a brand like Maserati would allow their cars to go like this nor do I think the Maserati brothers would appreciate this just like Enzo wouldn't appreciate it with his cars. Whenever you ask the dealer to fix something they can't duplicate the sound or they just choose to fix what they think it is and carry you on your way. I've never had this experience with a 10 year old Mercedes or a 5 year old bmw at it lowest entry point. I doubt this vehicle went through a 165 point check. A lot of patches and looks like they did a quick job. If this is exotic vehicle quality than it's below economy quality and that sad. If you Maserati sounds and feels like a pinto. Chances are it came from Boch Maserati I'm only giving 1 star because I HAVE to. They begged me for a good review and I now know why. Steer clear and far away from this stealership from top to bottom wish I bought from herb chambers like I was going to before I went back. This dealership takes PRIDE IN LETTING ITS CUSTOMERS DOWN ON PURPOSE care doesn't feel solid. If any safety issues occur they're going to wish they'd addressed them. If this dealership wants to be the professionals they are they can call me themselves and try to make things right at 413-854-3664. Car was supposed to have a clean car fax but I doubt this. I feel like my hard earned money was stole from me for a sale when I wanted a car that fun
