I can no longer recommend this place. After being a customer for over twenty years and buying 4 cars, they quoted me 900 dollars for a 5 minute job. I guess loyalty doesn't mean much here.

Total waste of time. My son scheduled an appointment to look at a car for 5:30 on 3/30. Boch contacted him earlier that day and confirmed the appointment. We drove an hour to see the car. When we got there a salesperson seated us, then came back and apologized as he said the car was sold an hour ago. They didn't call to cancel. They never asked him for a deposit, so we assumed everything was in order. Very unprofessional, and although I have purchased from Boch in the past, I will never go to any of their dealerships again.

You have to know what you want and be able to deal with the nasty attitude the sales managers give when you decide not to take the deal the offer you "this is the best deal you should take it" if it's not what you want say no and find what you want.

Total bait and switch. Car listed on the website but not on the lot, tells us five days in advance they'll have it on site to look at, check back three days in advance and say they guarantee it will be on site and they'll be in the office all day to show it to us, get there the day of and the salesman is mia, car is where it started two hours away and oh yea it's already sold. But they have plenty of other more expensive cars to look at.

Really relaxing and low pressure car buying experience. Wassim, Jose and Ray were all genuinely friendly people who helped create a welcoming environment. Jose and Ray clearly explained the purchasing agreement. Ray had great energy and was really helpful when going over the tech/specs of the car. His follow up was nice as well when I was having trouble getting my BlueLink account setup on my phone.Edit: Also I am the 1000th review. High Five.

They sold me a 2008 Ford Expedition Limited some time back. Ended up stranded because they never bothered to check in their supposedly "thorough inspection" if the spare tire in the vehicle was the right wheel for the truck. Instead of a properly sized wheel it was a 15" wheel from something like a Dodge Dakota. I ended up stranded twice in two weeks because I lost two tires and couldn't put on the spare.When I called them about it, I was told I'd be given compensation. When I didn't hear back, I called again and got a runaround about how it had been several years since I bought the truck (despite it being the same spare wheel from purchase and it not being something one would notice until you got a flat tire and needed it, and wouldn't be easy to notice without having the truck up on a lift) and so they wouldn't even give me a couple hundred bucks to replace the spare (which the vehicle was advertised as having upon purchase).So if you want to be left stranded because the dealership can't be bothered to check the rusty spare wheel on the bottom of the truck, then this is the place for you! Personally, I don't and so I'll never be back and I make sure to relay this story to everyone looking for a car. I hope refusing to compensate me for a $200-300 dollar wheel that the vehicle was advertised as having included was worth it!

I had a great experience with Boch Hyundai. Joel Lobo was an excellent salesperson. The entire experience was as easy as it could be. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Boch Hyundai is the real deal. I have had Hyundai for around d 20 years. My last couple cars have been thru Boch Hyundai because of their location to me. You are treated like family, a close Family. I would not go anywhere else. They are the best.

Boch Hyundai was willing to sell the car at MSRP, while some other dealers were charging markup price. Sales representative Ray was polite and knowledgeable. He handled the vehicle documentation well and communicated accordingly. Overall my car purchase experience was positive here !

Wow. What an amazing experience all around for buying my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Everyone provided exceptional customer service, our salesman Handy was early for both of our appointments and was so helpful with everything. Highly recommend, they were very transparent about everything, not a single pushy person which was a great change from different dealers I have dealt with in the past. The online salesman Sean contacted me with urgency when there was only one deep sea blue tucson hybrid left, out of the four they originally took in, because he knew that was the exact vehicle I wanted and wanted to make sure we got it. What a great experience, with so much ease, would highly recommend anyone to go here for their next vehicle. Great staff!

Just purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I love my new car. Mo Kafel was a pleasure to work with. Nothing like car sales people I have worked with in past. Purchasing the vehicle at the dealership was a pleasure from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
