Been a regular customer for years. Now they won't accept my Natural Ice returns. Solution, buy else were at the same price in
Norwood. Is this illegal, sell beer but won't accept returns. Just wondering.

This place has a tendency to smell of raw sewage and the coolers don't seem particularly effective. Very disappointing on a hot day when you want a cold beer.

I purchase liquor here twice a week. Last Wednesday bought 12 pack beer and told clerk I had an emergency situation due to medication and needed to use restroom. He said no. I said it was an emergency .He wouldn't even look up but kept saying NO PUBLIC RESTROOM three minutes latermedication caused me to soil my pants, my car and embarrassed me in front of family and friends.To hell with Buying Local.I will never step foot in this store nor will my family and friends.Nice to know as a 74 year old when you need help, THEY REFUSE TO HELP..

The store looks great with the remodel. They have a lot of variety in Craft Beer. Also, great collections of fine wines and rare whiskeys. The prices are also comparatively cheaper.
