Been a member for over three years, can’t reccomend enough! The community they’ve built here is wonderful and the trainers are great, so supportive and really push you in the best way, I really love how they incorporate self care and compassion into their philosophy, not one of those gyms that push you to your limit and make you feel like a failure if you can’t achieve it, very focused on competing against yourself!

I highly recommend Burn to anyone looking to change up their workout routine! When Burn opened their doors in Nov. 2017 and offered a free trial, I thought sure I'll give it a try, but I had no plans on joining. However, after the first class I was hooked!! The environment is so motivating and welcoming, and the workouts are challenging, they can easily be modified if needed. And I can't say enough about the child care, which has been so helpful to be and my family! We are so lucky to have a Burn Bootcamp located in Norwood!

Burn Boot Camp in Norwood is amazing! The community of women is fabulous. The ambassadors, trainers and childcare workers are so friendly and wonderful.The BBC motto is always hard never the same so your body never has a chance to plateau. The amazing trainers, Jen and Rachel, provide you encouragement and motivation to try heavier weights and “mod up” so you can maximize your results. 45 minutes fly by!You’ll find yourself experiencing FOMO on days when you can’t get to the gym. You’ll miss your new gym buddies and miss the endorphins you get from an amazing workout.

At first I didn't want to join burn because I was afraid and felt that I would not fit in because I was out of shape, but joining Burn Boot Camp was best decision I could have made. From day one I felt welcomed and supported and not once did I feel judged. I look forward to the workouts and hate missing a day, but most importantly I feel supported and motivated by the amazing trainers and whole burn community everyday. This not just a gym it's community.

Burn Norwood has changed my life! Not only are the owners and trainers the BEST, the women there have become family. Everyone is so welcoming, encouraging, and positive. I go 6 days a week and love every minute of it!I am stronger, more confident, and more disciplined in my day to day life. Besides losing over 25 pounds, I have gone down 10%body fat and many inches all around. Can’t say enough about Burn Boot Camp! ??

Burn has changed my life. I look forward to going to the gym every day, am less stressed and have never felt stronger -both mentally and physically. It’s not just a gym, but a community! The trainers are amazing and truly care about all of their clients. They modify exercises as needed for inguries, help with nutrition and motivate us to push ourselves! I can’t say enough about the childcare staff. My daughter gots from school to aftercare to the gym. It’s a 12 hour day, yet she loves going to Burn with me. She gets to watch her mom take time out for herself and gets to play and have fun!!!

Last year I worked out Feb-September every day for 1 hour and saw barely any results. I joined Burn the 2nd week of January and today may 31 I have lost inches and seen my body change. I am stronger, leaner and and my back is barely ever hurting anymore. Before burn I was legit thinking about back surgery and was having major bladder and core issues. My back and core issues have pretty much resolved. I watch what I eat but don't diet. I am stubborn with clean eating. I love the workouts which end up being about 30 min after warm ups and I love the energy and environment. I can't say enough about this place but if your looking to test it out just do it- you won't be disappointed. You have nothing to lose but some inches! Oh- and BTW free childcare so no excuses. :)

I love Burn Bootcamp Norwood! It is the first exercise that I have stuck with after the "trial" is over. The flexibility of class times is amazing - there are very little excuses to not fit a class into your day! And the trainers, staff and community of people who make up Burn are supportive and inclusive of everyone, no matter your fitness level.

I’ve been trying to “get back into it” after pregnancy and life with a new baby. All of the exercises (barre, pilates, yoga) I did before pregnancy and during pregnancy weren’t getting me results and I felt I didn’t have enough time in the day to actually do it all. Burn Norwood has not only given me results, but offers early morning camps with incredible energy! I’ve been at it about 10 weeks and don’t plan on stopping!

I love Burn Boot Camp in Norwood! The workouts are fun and challenging, the trainers are AMAZING, the facility is clean and has updated equipment and the members are so supportive. I highly recommend Burn.

I highly recommend Burn!! The classes are great, and the times are so convenient for a busy schedule. You get an amazing work out in 45 minutes. The trainers and the burn community are all super supportive.

HIGHLY recommend!! Atmosphere isn’t intimidating at all and trainers provide modifications for all fitness levels and are very engaged to make sure you’re doing the exercises properly. Love it here!!
