Bad management ( nephew went here ) they don’t care about anything and they talk about absolutely nothing. They will probably say I don’t have documentation here .. I JUST SAID I DON’T my nephew went here. They are very overpriced for horrible service as well. They excuse a lot of things and only care about money or their own reputation. I remember one time they had lice and didn’t tell parents but we found out later because they were scared to lose money if they shut down and put a warning out. They are horrible people that wear their masks on Facebook like a caring environment. I can’t imagine putting my children’s life in the hands of these miserable people. Especially Natasha and Lizabeth and Jessica. Karma is coming you just haven’t lived long enough to experience it.
Below is your trusted beloved director by the way you can trust her with your child she’s not suspicious at all, she’s also following cadence on this page for parents to see she’s so smart 😘 oh did I mention she posts your kids on this page too along with other inappropriate posts?

Wonderful experience for our 2 children. Our son went age 2 through preK, and our daughter started at 4 months old. Very supportive leadership, clear communication, love that food is provided.

We couldn’t be happier with Next Generation in Walpole!
Our daughter Olivia has been going to this daycare since she was a baby, and as we get ready to send her off to kindergarten, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for everything this amazing place has done for her — and for us.
The teachers and staff have truly become like family. They go above and beyond in every way — not only is their curriculum outstanding, but the love and care they give to each child is something truly special. Olivia is more than ready for kindergarten, both academically and socially, and that’s a direct reflection of the environment she’s been in these past few years.
We’ve watched her grow into a confident, curious, kind little human, and we owe so much of that to the nurturing, structured, and joyful community at Next Generation. We feel so lucky to have had this place as a part of our lives.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

If you’re a parent reading this, I urge you to pause and ask yourself one question: What kind of environment do I want my child to be around every day?
When I first encountered this center, I had hopes — like any parent — that it would be a place of warmth, growth, and safety. But the reality is deeply unsettling.
Over time, it became disturbingly clear that there’s a pattern of bullying, gossip, and blatant favoritism that starts with certain staff and trickles into the whole environment. New staff are often met with drama, rumors, and emotional manipulation. I witnessed certain employees — including those trusted to care for toddlers — spread inappropriate political opinions, make racially insensitive remarks, and judge children based on their looks.
That isn’t just unprofessional — it’s dangerous.
Several names continued to come up repeatedly in connection with the ongoing issues — including both Jessicas ( red hair was being racist, the other openly supports trump), Natasha, Taty, Lizabeth, Alanna, Kia, Amber, Audrey, and others — pointing to a consistent pattern of problematic behavior. One staff member openly praised Trump’s values, another accused coworkers of jealousy unprovoked, and more than one contributed to what felt like a toxic, high-school clique culture in a professional childcare setting.
Why does this matter to you as a parent? Because your child absorbs everything. The way the adults treat each other is reflected in how children learn to treat their peers — with kindness or with cruelty.
Sadly, when concerns were brought forward, they weren’t addressed. The people in charge excused it, downplayed it, or flat-out ignored it.
This isn’t just a “bad vibe.” It’s a structural problem. And when bullying is allowed to exist among staff, the message is clear: it’s okay to hurt others, as long as you’re not the one being caught.
Please think carefully before enrolling your child here. You deserve peace of mind. And your child deserves better than to grow up in an environment where drama is tolerated, prejudice is ignored, and emotional immaturity is normalized

So I’m hearing yall treating people definitely cause of what they look like?, where is the equality?, and these chat GBT responses avoiding the situation all together says more then anything, maybe y’all should fire the problems then keep them. Ain’t that bad for service???

We just love Cadence academy. Our grandson has had the best experience and has learned so much. The director is lovely and truly cares about the school children and staff. Today she was giving pies to each family for Thanksgiving, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

We create a smooth learning track for the children thereby bringing out the POTENTIAL in each child. I am always happy to be part of SUCH A creative team. Parents are ALWAYS happy to trust their kids with us as they have experienced positive child development in their child since they started attending the school. I HIGHLY recommend Cadence Academy Preschool to you in case you want a SUCCESSFUL career.

Our daughter has loved her time at Cadence Academy Norwood and we have loved watching her confidence grow during her time at Cadence. The teachers are all so supportive and kind. She used to be very self-conscious about drawing and writing, but since going to Cadence drawing has become her favorite activity and she now loves writing letters (with some assistance). I recommend Cadence to anyone in the Norwood area.

We have had an amazing experience sending our son to Cadence Academy! My son started in the Infant room at 5 months old and has thrived there. The teachers do a great job keeping the kids entertained with arts and crafts and fun activities, which I feel sets them apart from other Infant daycares. The teachers are all wonderful, creating a nurturing environment for the babies so they feel loved and have fun at school. I love the KidReports system they have that keeps parents informed throughout the day of the kids schedule and of course photos too!
