He also called the morning of the appointment, and texted to reconfirm. He came to my home and replaced my windshield window swiftly and expertly. He was a pleasure to work with. Lastly, he was much cheaper than Safelite by about $130.”
“George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”

“Brought my Toyota Corolla in this morning and my car was already repaired by noon. Steve and team were highly responsive, professional, and saved me a ton of money. For reference, I left paying $186 for a smashed window repair + service. My quote with Safelite was just over $400, and another local glass body shop was just under $300. When I brought the car in at 8:30am they told me they would pick up the glass from their supplier around 10am. By 11:50am i had a call telling me my car was ready for pickup. Highly recommend their service.”

“I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. The O'connell brothersDid the job right the first time and it did take them more time than I thought But,they had exceeded all my expectations.Thank you boys.Rich”

“FIVE STARS for Boston Glass & Boarding Service - from estimate to the finished job: five upper window sashes with broken seals needed to be replaced in my 3rd floor condo in Lower Mills. High level of difficulty: oversized arched windows in a 1900 brick mill, third floor......took ten hours, over two days. I appreciate that they took the extra time. “Prompt, courteous, professional service. Nice folks. I broke the glass in one of the shelves in a refrigerator that I was cleaning. It is an older refrigerator and I could find no replacement part online. I brought the shelf to Brad’s and within 24 hours they cut a plexiglass replacement which is a more than adequate replacement for the original glass, and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly do business with them again.”

Although they were fully booked when I stopped by the day before my appointment, I mentioned to Mike, the store manager, that he could inform me if any slots opened up. Later that evening, he called to offer an early appointment, which was greatly appreciated. Upon inspection, I noticed water on the driver's side floor, causing concern for a potential larger issue beyond the stone chip repair I had scheduled for the windshield. Mike, the Manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, explaining possible causes such as worn plugs or improperly sealed side trims from a previous repair. He assured me that replacing the windshield would resolve the issue. True to his word, the technician, also named Mike, successfully addressed the leak. I now have full confidence in the expertise and professionalism of both individuals.
