It was what I expected. High offer online that dropped when brought in. Supposedly the automatic 2013 fully loaded car was shifting hard between 2nd and 3rd gear. So they dropped the price 5000. No idea what this kid was talking about. Car was shifting fine, had mechanic (friend) check it and he thought it was fine. Not sure how qualified this kid was or if it's just a game they play but there was nothing wrong with the transmission. It's now nephews 1st car.

NO! My experience was awful and I got nowhere in the end. Ultimately, they sold me a lemon and their customer service is horrible! Five months now my car isn't drivable, due to sudden electrical issues causing my car to shutdown. They refuse to pay for repairs and my car can't be serviced for another 2 weeks because they are down a technician. Don't bother wasting your time at this location.

My car was not ready upon express pick up.license plate poorly placed on. my car was not registered had to pay out. In addition, i had to pay a bad payment processing fee because of car max. Not even two weeks i get a message car needs service. I leave a message on monday. Three days later still no response about why is a new car requesting service. Still no follow up since last Friday about registration and bad payment and how willl car max resolved by higher up. Local dealer must wait 10 days. This worst customer experience ever. Go elsewhere. Its funny that my 30 days are not up and i cant get a callback. Carmax need to address the maintenance issue

They have been awful to work with. I have excellent credit and trying to buy car. They have been extremely unprofessional and time consuming to deal with. Dealt with several people a nd all have not followed up..

Very nice visit except that salesperson told us we had to do the insurance and registry piece and Carmax would not assistI found out after a lot of work and anxiety that this was untrue and Carmax did itCaused a lot of unnecessary stress on me

Amazing experience, very easy and so convenient. Between the inspection of our car we were selling & getting the check it was an hour total. Check in hand day of with the complete amount of the offer they promised us. Thank you so much, highly recommend!
