Very unsatisfactory.There were several things wrong with the new Envision - one headlamp was out and the tire pressures were not right. Central put a passed inspection sticker on the care even though it would not have passed inspection with a defective headlight. The directional was not working correctly either.After we drove off the Central lot I discovered the vehicle was not safe to drive.I immediately, within 2 hours, notified Central about the problem but first they were late getting back to me, and second, did not follow up at all. Would not purchase another Buick.I may need to look at the Mass Lemon Law to get satisfaction.Len Simon

I had such a nice, low pressure experience at Central. Tony Rossi, the salesman, was informative without ever putting any pressure on me. After looking at a few different dealerships, I ended up loving the Buick Envista. Tony and Tim (in finance) made the process so easy. They were great about answering all of my questions and quick to text me back about any of my concerns. There were no hidden fees, and they didn't try to get anything past me or push a more expensive car. It was just a really positive experience all around, and I don't know how often that can be said about buying a car. In particular, some sales guys are condescending or intimidating to a woman buying a car. That wasn't the case here. I was treated very fairly and respectfully. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had to have the airbag warning light on my car checked. The Central Buick technician ran the diagnostic(s) and by about an hour or a bit more, had determined that it could have just been a loose wire or something got bumped and gave the warning. They could not determine any large problem, so I got to leave after paying the diagnostic fee and no other cost.

I entered with specific concerns and questions, which were dismissed. After two different appointments and inaccurate maintenance, the issue was finally discovered and it aligned with my original concerns. This error on their end costed me extra time and money. I will not be a returning customer.
