I don’t even know where to begin. This place knows all the tricks to suck in customers and then doesn’t do a thing to keep them satisfied. They don’t know their left from their right. They make promises they cannot fulfill. They take contracts with insurance but does not even provide what was promised in the contracts/authorizations. Us patients are stuck in limbo because only 1 place at a time can have the contract. They are extremely slow about doing anything. Orders arrive wrong and they don’t call back. Best one yet before a hospital discharge they take the agreement/bid/contract to proved home services and they never do it. No shipments, no calls, nothing! Disgustingly they knew this. They get their kicks out of these scams and playing with the lives of customers. If you try to get it fixed nothing happened ever. The more firm you get the worst. Then they say there’s “behavioral issue” and discharges you illegally while failing to tell you they did this and didn’t give up their contract thing so you can’t go elsewhere where. They refuse to provide meds prescribed saying the “per diem” and basically telling me no we won’t give you this despite us being required to because we loose on the perdiem.Billing, don’t even get me going. They couldn’t bill correctly if their lives depended on it. They illegally bill for things they can’t. For example my insurance Is billed for X service. Per contract they only pay a select amount. This amount must be taken as payment in full. There is wording in it stating they cannot bill the patient for any differences. Wanna guess what happened numerous times? Yep they pulled this nonsense. When you ask and tell them it’s an error they ignite you and turn over to collections.Ever company has it’s issues. But I’d seriously consider another company than here .

Coram is a home infusion company. You may not have a choice as often it is your health insurance company that dictates which company they contract with. However if you live in Massachusetts and you do have a choice steer clear of this company. The nurses are great and I have no complaints there but the branch office in Massachusetts is completely confusing and unpleasant to deal with. The various departments that address authorizations and deal with billing do not give consistent information or one department does not know what the other is doing. Although Coram is a National Company and their marketing emphasizes the advantages of their ability to provide services nation wide you will find the Massachusetts branch will not make it easy. If you have a choice I would recommend avoiding Coram in Norwood MA and go with another company.

Go anywhere else but here. Horrible policies. Pharmacists and nurses are fine but those who determine policy...do not utilize their services.

I had Lincare before and the people were nice but the service was terrible. it has been a complete joy to have Judy from Coram call me every month, my supplies are always on time and I do not have to remember to make my order. Judy is absolutely amazing and makes the process so easy for me and taking care of my mother with ALS having one less thing to worry about is amazing. Highly recommend Coram!!

My husband was released from City of Hope on Monday. Coram set us up with apparatus including duo feeding bags, a pump and an IV pole, but no supplements to actually feed my husband. Fortunately the hospital had a small supply to last 2 days. Unfortunately...today is Thursday and we still have not received his formula. He has been living on 2 cartons of supplement rather than the 5.4 he requires. To add insult to injury the CORAM upper echelon has decided he doesn't need the duo bags (water and nutrition)...even though he is totally NPO...he cannot get water any other way than through his j-tube. So no food and no water. It's a pretty scary situation and even more frightening that executives are choosing money over patients and doctor/dietitian's recommendations. I'm desperately trying to find another company to help us.

The worst ‘service’ ever! Do not answer phone calls, do not respond to mail. They send bills with absolutely no breakdown of costs, their website offers no costs for supplies. They did not bill my insurance, just sent me enormous bills, including amounts already paid. They sent items not ordered. Avoid at all costs. I would give this company zero stars…

My wife is on a feeding tube suppled by Coram. There are so many things wrong with the service from this company. They don't deliver all of the supples and I have to follow up with them constantly. Their employees don't seem to have any understanding of what it takes to put all the parts together for the feeding tube operation. They are argumentative. I talk to one person and get one answer and then someone else and get a different answer. They do not return phone calls. Do not use this company if there is any other option.

Waiting for over 6 hours for a feeding pump to be dropped off. No updates or calls to give an approximate time. I called the office back after 4 hours to get an update. She was very friendly but couldn't tell me more then the warehouse got the request for the pump.

Getting anyone to do anything here takes at least 5 phone calls. They brush you off then say they will email so and so and they will get back to you. Some people are on a medicine that is SUPPOSED to be administered every 28 days but that doesn't seem to matter to them. If my INS let me, I'd absolutely use someone else.

I have been receiving infusion treatments from Coram before they merged with CVS. Since they have merged they have become HORRIBLE and need to be investigated by the NYS Attorney Generals office. You can never get a supervisor as they claim their is NO SUPERVISOR EVER, AND NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. So recently when applying for Life Insurance I was denied because the nurse who gives my infusion treatment incorrectly coded my bloodwork to Quest Diagnostics as having Neoplasm liver cancer. I have been calling Coram/CVS and sending messages and NOT ONE person has called me back. I am now seeking legal advice since Coram WILL NOT respond. I also will no longer utilize Coram for my infusion treatments.

This isn't a review of a hamburger joint. These guys have peoples lives in their hands. The anger and disgust I feel towards them would be hard to exaggerate. If you have any way of avoiding them, do so!

Worst customer service. Expect to wait 30 minutes to talk with someone who knows nothing. They're the ONLY company that has my son's food. When did CVS become a monopoly on pharmaceutical goods?
