TERRIBLE SERVICE. The manager and the employee had bad attitude!They’ve been selling me products for years. All of a sudden they want my license. My wife is a licensed barber…Maybe you should tell your employees not to sell products to people with no license if you need to actual person with the license in the store.Real bad attitude

The women in this store and convenience of location are the only reason I give Cosmo prof my business. They are insultingly overpriced and out of touch with the industry (compared to Salon Centric.) Kathy and Heidi are a huge help and have ALWAYS picked up the visual slack left by corporate. Their product knowledge is impressive and I appreciate their honest and informed recommendations. Cosmo prof honestly does not deserve either one of them but I am definitely happy they are there.

Strong sales team with great product knowledge. As a frequent shopper, I have noticed some improvements in my past few visits. Store is more organized and staff seems more motivated. Overall this is a great location, very convenient and I feel well taken care of when I shop here.
