I had a great consult followed by wonderful cut and blow dry with Leidy. The experience was so pleasant and everyone in the salon were welcoming. I loved the products she used on my hair to give me a beautiful smooth style! I already booked my next appointment and found myself a great salon 👏

I have come here twice and both times I've left with knowledge and confidence. Giselle is so easy to work with, really wants to help you, doesn't pressure you into anything you don't want to do/try. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff and welcoming manner.

One of the best hair salons I’ve ever been to in the neighborhood. Clean space, welcoming environment and friendly stylists across the board!! Ofcourse my favorite is Sophia but I would highly recommend this place and any stylist at Art and Craft in Norwood!

Took my teenage daughter to get a back to school trim with Giselle. Giselle had taken the time to text me prior to the appointment and ask specifics and a pic so she could prepare for the appointment. It was a great experience and my daughter loves the bounce that’s back in her curly hair.

I went with my boyfriend and we both had a great experience with Leidy and Giselle. They were both helpful and responsive to our thoughts and we felt very comfortable with their input.

They did a great job with my haircut, she listened to what I wanted and was very patient with me, which I greatly appreciate. She gave me great suggestions as to what to do with my hair and what products to use.

I requested a huge chop and a huge change after years of letting my hair grow out. Sophia was fun, funny and listened to my rambling request with patience and care. I left with such a fun and funky new cut and I am planning to return for vivids! I've been looking for a place that really suited my personal style and aesthetic and I think I found it here!!

Great experience even from someone who doesn’t frequently go to a hair salon! Very professional and they took the time to talk me through the haircut and answer my questions. The employees and customers were social and easy to chat with, making it a fun experience!

So accommodating and wonderful experience. I signed up for the wrong day and they still found a way to fit me in. Hair cut was exactly what I wanted and staff are so nice! I would recommend to anyone! Prices are reasonable too! This place is amazing.

I had an appointment for my mother with Sophia to get her hair cut tor 415. She had to book it a week in advance as Sophia gets busy and she really liked the work she did last time. My mother had told me 430 earlier in the day so was going to pick her up and and drop her off by 425ish (we only live1 minute away) but as im about to pick her up the calendar reminder had a pop up that the appointment was for 415. So call the place to let them know we are on the way but will be a few minutes late. The person on the phone says she will have to check with Sophia and then proceeds to tell me they have to cancel my appointment. Then the next appointment they had was for 10 days from now.
They might be good for haircuts but their scheduling assistant is horrible. Update for response: when they cancelled my appointment my mother was in the car with me and said we would be there in minute which would be 5 minutes before a 15 minute late grace window EVERY place gives you with booking. She still said they had to cancel the appointment and proceeded to give me a booking date for 10 days later. She was just really just trying to cancel the appointment rather than assist me. Bad customer service.

I was a box dye disaster, multiple different colors including gray which I wanted to somehow blend in . I met Leidy and she was the sweetest stylist, she showed me around the salon and after talking ( knowing it was not going to be an easy color correction ) she started to tackle my curly hair . Over 80 foils later with highs and lows and different colors including 2 different toners I emerged as a new person. She directed me in what products would be best and I left with 3 . She herself has curly hair so she knows the struggle we have . I got a trim also and she gives the best shampoo I have ever had . I can’t wait to go back and buy some more products and another service.
