Great experience as always renting a unit from this facility!! I've rented here on and off over the years and the manager Tim has always been super helpful, professional and kind. He's always available to help and answer all my questions! The facility is clean and easy to access. Shout out to Ariel there also who is great!

This is a good one to avoid. The problem is that they are pretty full, I think. When they are full, they up their price since they can afford to lose people. The price they charge does not need to have any relation to their costs and I doubt the people actually working there get paid any better when they raise their prices. I went from $120 for a 10 by 10 (non climate control) a month when I started to $285 a month in about a year. It was so hard for me to move stuff there and I hate to lose another week of work moving again just to get away from their price hikes.

I’m using the Norwood facility the manager has zero service skills nor did he put forward any effort to show us the unit, how to navigate to it thru endless hallways, and acted put off going over the contract. The BEST individual is the Assistant Manager. She has outstanding service skills, went out of her way to show me the init, how to navigate to it, demonstrated the lock and door. And explained the pricing and contract. She should be the manager rather than the arrogant and apathetic manager. It is a shame she is not promoted to manager.

I love renting storage at this location! The grounds are always clean and access is a breeze. Always feel safe visiting my climate controlled unit on the basement level alone at night. They do a good job here maintaining everything, and I highly recommend this 934 Washington St Norwood location!

I am so happy I have a unit at Public Space in Norwood. Location is well lit, safe and convient to load and unload my stuff there. So happy we made the move.
