Quick and easy help at this location! I originally got my unit online but needed to switch to a bigger unit. I was able to get my questions answered in the office and get my unit switched to a bigger unit. Thank you for all the help and making the process super quick and easy!

Outstanding Service!
I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage in Norwood. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is the customer service. Manager Paul Kaplan went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention these days. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage with exceptional service!

I came by to get my keys to my new unit and move a few things in. Paul and Norbert were more than helpful showing me where my unit was and how the lock and key work. I was very appreciative of their effort in welcoming me. The unit is cool, clean, and spacious. I felt safe leaving my belongings at their facility.

Paul and Norbert were very kind and helpful! They kept the doors open while the movers moved my boxes into the facility and showed me how to use the lock (it’s a bit tricky!) to lock my unit.
