Don’t ever buy a Jaguar i-Pace, they are a fire hazard, according to Jaguar Cars USA and the NHTSA. The dealer in Norwood MA is a terrible place to get any Jaguar serviced; they didn’t even know this, I had to email them a link to the NHTSA warning. That was after that dealer charged me $9000 for repairs one month after my warranty ended. I’m so done with them. I’ll take my 2020 XF elsewhere for service.

Grateful for a simple transaction. Easy process and straight forward. Jason helped me with my first jaguar experience. He made sure I was all set up with the high tech gadgets they have in the cars nowadays. Loan process was great because other places were hard to get approved. I recommend this dealer to anybody that wants an easy process.

Prompt and Professional. Everybody in the dealership communicates properly and is eager to help. Setting themselves apart by making you feel welcome and your business is very valued.
Service department is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They were helpful initially with the diagnosis and repair and were as enthusiastic to address a follow up after the fact, even outside of business hours.
In my line of business, I deal with numerous local dealerships handling warranty claims- and this dealership really managed to wow me.

We are very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by Sales, Finance, Technical Hand Off, and Service staff at JLR Norwood. Negotiating process was without pressure and smoothly negotiated. We left satisfied, and looking forward to the next chapter of JLR products.

Jake Kaplan Norwood Jaguar is superb. I have been a Jguar owner for 51 years, first with an XKE V12 , not bought at Jake Kaplan, which I still have. I bought a 2013 XF from Jake Kaplan and it still runs and looks perfect after11 years. All service and every recommended service has been done in Norwood Jaguar. The car runs perferctly and as good as new. Service is courteous and expert and a courtesy car always provided.

Sold me a “new” car on 12-23-17 with what I have since learned is a branded title for incorrect mileage. They do this when an odometer is rolled back or some other serious issue.
They lied about my car’s inservice date meaning they “sold” my car 6 months (6.30.17) before I purchased it on 12.23.17. So either I purchased a used car that was returned for some reason or they just changed the inservice/sold date for some other reason which is unknown. Either way my title is bad and I outright own a car that’s only worth salvage due to title issues on their part.
I had no idea this was the case until 4.5 yrs after sale as my warranty was coming up. They did buy me 18 months of extended warranty as a consolation, but 2 years and two state DMVs later I’m STILL trying to get the (already paid off) car title “unbranded”. Even Bank of America is trying to help because they didn’t know there was a title problem. BOA said they would have never done the loan if they knew there was a title problem and their words - it would be fraudulent to do a new car loan on a car that was “sold” 6 mo the earlier. They had zero knowledge of the earlier inservice date so they were also mislead. But since it’s paid off there is no recourse for me through BOA.
So my pristine F pace with 45000 miles is worthless and I can’t sell or trade it to anyone. Still trying to resolve with this dealership and they are really friendly I will give them that, but at this point I have to find and pay for a lawyer to try to resolve through other methods unless something is resolved. I raised this to their mgmt in summer of 2022 and have had zero movement with them or on my own. Double check your paperwork.

I just got my fourth car (Jags and Range Rovers) from Norwood. I have been dealing with Sonny and Dan over that entire time. Not only is it unusual to be able to deal with the same faces at a car dealership over a long period of time (over ten years) but there’s a reason I keep going back. They are both helpful, professional, personable and great representatives of the Jag/Land Rover brand. I hope to continue doing business with them both in the future. Thanks!

Brought my F-Pace in to have the check-engine light looked at. Drew and Jonathan in service were fantastic to work with. Both were friendly, kept me informed, and did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary work. Highly recommend working with these gentlemen and this dealership.
