Buyers beware. Bought a truck from Mercedes Benz of Portsmouth (parent company is Kaplan Auto Group), filled out paperwork etc they informed me they needed to detail the truck before they would turn it over to me, great or so I thought. There detail crew has no idea what they are doing, there was compound left all over the vehicle, swirls throughout the entirety of my clear coat (note none of this was there before, photos available as well.) reached out to them told them hey let’s handle this civilly, they offered to “fix” it but who in the right mind would hand over a vehicle to someone who already destroyed it. I told them this and they agreed to let me get a quote from a professional (Cars and Coffee) and they refused to pay or bother, then they say $250 is what they will offer to fix it… that’s an 1/8th the cost to fix this vehicle. At this point I don’t see them offering a monetary fix but let me tell you something them admitting they did a piss poor job on a vehicle that would earn them some form of respect from me. Steer clear of them and especially Chris Caputo. No longer sending any business their way, sucks seeing people not standing behind their products and services when they are responsible for damages and an overall mediocre job when you are told “they are professionals”.

Called about a car. Typical salesperson. Loves his price and didn't know shit about the car...but he thought their price was great. Good luck selling your car that's been sitting there not sold. I get it, can't know everything about a car but really, how about a little humility, how about saying I don't know but I'll find out.

We purchased a certified pre-owned F-Pace from Jake Kaplans a couple weeks ago and cannot say enough about the dealership, but more so about our dealer Zhubin Shobeiri (aka Z) and CJ Coffin who helped walk us through our new car. Both of these guys made the car buying experience enjoyable and very seamless. We love our new car and would highly recommend this dealership.

What an awesome experience! Z was my salesman and he was great! I came in with a particular car in mind and left with it! No negotiations on price but I was able to get a little more for my trade it. On the day I picked it up CJ the product specialist came out and showed me how to use all the gadgets in the car including heated windshield, heated steering wheel, apple car play and the list goes on and on. CJ was just as incredible as Z was. Answered all of my questions with knowledge responses! Overall 10 out of 10! I am very happy with my Jaguar F-Pace and all of the staff that assisted me in purchasing it!

George in the service department is the best! If you’re considering a purchase at Jake Kaplan’s Norwood and value the service aspect of owning a Landrover or Jaguar you can’t go wrong! The sales manager truly values his customers and offers service above and beyond expectations. During these bleak months of parts shortages, this team took over a simple repair gone wrong at a collision center I brought my Jaguar FPace to after a scrape on my bumper. George was diligent in locating a part that was not available; with no ETA. He communicated with my insurance company and me weekly with updates. Once the part was found he had me back on the road in just a couple of days. I owned a Range Rover, purchased here, and George kept it running in tip top shape for 11 years…I am a raving fan!

I highly recommend getting your car serviced in at Jaguar Norwood. I live in Peabody and would rather do business with them over the dealership next to my house. They are always more than accommodating. For example, I left my garage opener in my courtesy vehicle and they were nice enough to mail it to me. Talk about spectacular service. They always finish my services in a timely manner and they give me a reason to keep my Jaguar.

I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep Wrangler with Zhubin at Norwood Land Rover. Zhubin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Beyond ExpectationsI’d like to share a quick review for Simon Elchami, from Jake Kaplan Land Rover/Jaguar Norwood.I thought it would to impossible to obtain a new 2021/2022 E-Pace since there is a huge worldwide semi conductor shortage, as production is limited. Well, I found the perfect car, but it was located out of state. Simon was able to initiate a vehicle transfer process so I could purchase a lease from my local dealer. Now, I absolutely love driving my new 2021 E-Pace 300 Sport. From the car inspection to buying some extra accessories, no questions were too small.Next time you are looking for a new luxury vehicle, considering contacting Simon. He goes above and beyond to make any request regarding the vehicle happen, which is so very rare these days. I will be most certain to work with him in the future when it is time for another vehicle.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and currently own two cars from Jake Kaplan, a Jaguar and Range Rover. In total, I have bought or leased 5 cars from them over the years. Experience with the salespeople is always great. They are knowledgeable and always provide outstanding customer service on par with what you would expect from a luxury car brand. I also want to make it very clear that the folks in the service department are great and always try to help. George Knipfing is especially great. I did have an issue that was amicably resolved after I discussed it with the General Manager of the dealership.
