If you’re in the market for a Range Rover, do yourself a favor and contact Ryan White at Land Rover Norwood. Bought a CPO and did a trade-in – best car-buying experience I’ve had. Ryan was great to work with, knowledgeable and helpful, without any of the usual nonsense. Everything went very smoothly. The LR Norwood dealership is the best in the region. I will go out of my way to work with them/Ryan in the future.

Highly recommended! It was great experience. I spoke to various Land Rover dealerships in Massachusetts and RI but none compared to Land Rover Norwood. Everyone is very diligent, especially Doug. He is a super star! He will make things happen fast. It’s a true pleasure doing business with a company that truly values their customers.

I had a great experience at Land Rover Norwood just recently. It started with Eric Ramirez who led the charge on the sales side and he (and Mike and Justin on the business side) were just AWESOME. It was the easiest, most straightforward car buying experience I have ever had. Really great. I bought a CPO car and it had a couple small issues that the dealership flagged for me. They ordered parts and when they came in, I brought the car back for an easy fix. Eric stayed in touch the whole time and kept checking in on the process. The service department is awesome. I worked with Chris O'Meara on that team and he was pleasure to deal with. Great dealership, great shop, great people. Highly recommend!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! CASE NUMBER: 8001186248 Here is a copy of my complaint to Landrover corporate! It has come to our attention that you have sent falsified documents to the shipping company making false claims that my wife and I knew of the damage being reported to Landrover Corporate now. These allegations are false, and we demand you stop making any further statement or claims with out first communicating and confirming with us. Which no one, including yourself have taken the time to do. To clarify calling my wife before 7am and not leaving a voicemail does not constitute communication, and will not be tolerated. Furthermore, for our protection all communication between us needs to be in response to this email thread. The lack of professionalism and respect from your branch of Landrover has been fraudulent and unethical. For clarification purposes the following items will need to be addressed: 1 - In regards to us having any knowledge of the damage, let me be very clear that at no time was I made aware of any damage to the vehicle. No damage was reported on the carfax, and no damage was documented in the vehicles marketing iPacket published online in the vehicles advertisement to the public. 2 - Additionally when I flew to Boston from Los Angeles on October 9th to conduct the in person vehicle inspection via recorded video call with my wife, there was absolutely no damage at that time. 3 - The carfax has no damage documented. 4 - The iPacket used for advertising purposes for the sale of the vehicle has no damage pictured or listed. 5 - It is a violation of Landrover corporate policy for a CPO vehicle to be pass certification with the existing damage. 6 - No one contacted me about the damage prior to it being put on the shipping vessel and the driver not only has photos of the vehicle on your lot prior to putting it on transport, but the bill of landing has the damage documented and signed for by your representatives. 7 - We have found additional issues with the vehicle, a leak from the engine and broken rear spoiler, that have forced us to have the car towed in to be inspected by Riverside Landrover. 8 - We have spoken to USAA loan underwriters about the issues with the vehicle and cancelling the loan, since the vehicle is not CPO the value and purchase price will be greatly affected. As soon as we have a list of all the issues, the list will be sent to the bank, and we will be demanding your branch refund the purchase of the vehicle. Landrover Corporate is familiar with California lemon laws and has graciously agreed to assist us with this process once the CPO inspection is completed and we have a list of all the issues. 9 - Emails you have sent to the shipping company supervisor with false claims and allegations are legal documents that will be requested during discovery and used in mediation. 10 - Between the time the vehicle was test driven by me and delivered it was driven for 25 miles with out my knowledge or consent. I am attaching a picture of the odometer upon delivery. 11 - This is fraud plain and simple. You certified a vehicle as CPO that was then delivered and financed as a CPO with accident damage that once repaired will be reported on the carfax as accident repair making this vehicle un-certifiable as a CPO. 12 - Any documents or communicating claiming I knew of the damage is falsified, as I had zero knowledge of any damage prior to the car being delivered. Your dealership will need to repurchase the vehicle from USAA and reimburse us all shipping costs.

Could not be more happy with my recent car buying experience at Land Rover Norwood! Erik was very knowledgeable about the products that he represents and was very patient with me while I was trying to make the right decision. I was treated with respect and dignity, got a great deal and a fair value for my trade-in.
