I am from out of town and have not used a laundromat before. This laundromat is clean, safe and easy to use. The couple running the laundromat were particularly helpful to me using the machines from start to finish. I have recommended using the fluff and fold services to my daughter and her family to use in the future. Great experience!”
“DO NOT WASH DOG BEDS HERE! They have a sign posted towards the back of the place, but I did not see that until I already started one. By then it was too late and the washer was locked. I just had to watch the bed fall apart and feel stupid. I took off one star for the poor placement of the sign. I gave it the other 4 for being clean and the woman working there (likely the owner) was very busy tidying up the whole time. She definitely gave me the stink eye the whole time I was there. I suppose I deserve it. SMH”

The woman who does the alteration and tailoring, Pam she is absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. The owner is such a sweet and friendly guy as well. From simple hems on pants to complicated alterations on formal attire, Choi can do it all!
