Overcharged me with their labor cost and made me wait 2.5 hours after my car was fixed. But the only other Mazda dealership nearby has a worse reputation. Asked me to fill out a survey online but when you click on it it's already filled out and submitted!!!!! All their ' positive' reviews on their Facebook site was probably filled out by relatives.

Went in and ordered a coolant tank and antenna for my Miata. Long lead time but that’s no fault of their own. Pricing is typical dealership pricing. Called me right away when the parts came in.

I had a minor accident while visiting from NJ and had my 2015
Maxda6GT towed to them. They treated me and my car like long time customers. They were terrific.

The experience at Ira Mazda is always wonderful. Clean punctual and they are great at communicating. Nice lounge to wait in and they send you home with a clean car afterwards!

Well first of they had to order a master cylinder and it w/ take 2 or 3 days for $400 plus I’d how guy worded it? I tried to ask 10 times is it for the car that’s made in Mexico or Japan ( a lot of Mazdas are made in either country ) . You still nd to note this when getting part because could be a 3 sport , touring, i touring sedan, hatchback etc. He insisted it was made in Mexico for my car which is from Japan . I had this problem with chain store 2 days prior. He said he is confused by the wording ? Dedham Mazda RT 1 I got for $135 at Oreillys parts.

IRA Mazda is amazing. I went in for a battery replacement for my fob and Aaron K went over and above by explaining all the dashboard buttons and knobs and answering every question. Their service is stellar because their employees care about their customers.

I discovered a nail in one of my tires on a Friday evening. I made an appointment for Saturday at 8 a.m. They took me on Saturday morning. It turns out it was only a nail that was broken off and did not cause a flat. I was lucky and they were very helpful. I have been coming to this dealer since December 2003 and I have purchased two cars from them.

If I could give them zero stars, I would.... Unbelievably high-pressure sales tactics. Son went into the store to BUY a new CX-30 but had not yet test drove the car. It was literally a tomorrow transaction. Salesperson REFUSED to let him test drive the car unless he would commit to buying it today (BEFORE the test drive and pricing was even delivered!) because he said he'd sell it tomorrow. This was my son's first dealership appearance alone and I could not be there to shepherd him through the process. Unconscionable practice - right now demand exceeds supply. When supply exceeds demand again in 12 months, I hope this dealership and its salespeople and Bernie the sales manager, crater. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your Mazda business elsewhere to correct these BS sales practices. My son and I quote him was "shaken" by the salesperson's sales tactics and didn't even want to go back in to say thank you. Dealers like Ira Mazda are ONLY nice when they need you; when they don't, they're as despicable in their practices as it gets. Maybe its just a bad salesperson, but I left a very nice message for Bernie, who still has not called me to address. Happy to answer questions from Yelp Nation and encourage you to bring other complaints forward.

Attempted to purchase a car from this dealer online. Thought the process was smooth and easy. They provided chat support thru the process. The staff on the chat ran my credit, asked me for a deposit to which I answered I want to make my down payment and close the deal. The next chat was that the car had sold. I promptly instructed him to cancel my order. The service manager called me the next day to follow up. When I explained the situation I received a half hearted apology and then I was hung up on. And when I say hung up on, aggressively slammed in my ear. Needless to say, I am purchasing from a different dealer.

The Service Department here is the absolute best! Adiel is the Service Manager and he amazing! Taylor, is a client advisor and she is also amazing! I always know I will be taken care of when Taylor is there. Adiel is knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, caring and always willing to go the distance for his clients. This service department is top notch and I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else.

bought a car in last july 2021 . my experience was not good while i purchasing my car now i asked to remove the extended warranty since i purchase the car its been more than 3 months my extended warranty is not removed yet . also they recommended some services & i did some rest of was scheduled next time i went there to do rest of the services they did it again the whole thing . i wanted to refund some of the services already done they said they will send the refund check i did not get any check yet, now I am not going there for any services. I am all done
