I came here to obtain a PCR test for travel and had a really pleasant experience. The woman who answered the phone most times (I believe her name was Ellen?) was so helpful and kind. The testing itself was seamless and I had my results within two hours or so. If I need to travel again I’ll most certainly be coming back.

I had an appointment at 4:30 and nobody is showing up or receiving my call, the operator is the female and male received it and without listening to me put me on hold.My children can barely talk they are so much in pain.And OM diagnostic are very unprofessional this time.We came here a few times before and Parveen was very helpful but these operators and whoever are working late hours are very unprofessional. Very disappointed this time.

Just finished getting tested. Super quick and easy in my car. What an absolutely lovely group of ladies there testing! So sweet and friendly. Would 10/10 recommend for the staff’s attitude alone!

Extremely easy and fast process . I went through the drive thru and it took literally 10 min, got my results within 24 hrs for covid . The service was excellent !!

We needed a COVID test to travel but were short on time. My son found Om Diagnostic Labs online and booked online since they promised PCR results in 24 hours. They delivered! Got our results early next morning and we were able to travel. Thank you Om Labs for excellent service. Highly recommend.

Called to schedule a test and left a voicemail. Got called back within minutes and an appointment set up for same day. Testing was completed in comfort of my car. The owner of the company is the person who performs the test and she was very friendly to my child who had to take the test and made him feel comfortable. Everything was done very efficiently and I like that we didn't waste anytime at all vs taking the tests at CVS drive-through. Highly recommend this place for covid test bc of the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency.

Visited for a COVID test for upcoming travel and it was the easiest process I've been through. I was able to schedule a time completely convenient to me and received my result way ahead of schedule. I will definitely come back if needed in the future and will send who ever needs such services here as well.

This was a really professional and positive experience given that we were being tested for COVID. My family was exposed to the virus at Thanksgiving and we were panicked trying to find a place to get tested in the aftermath. Urgent cares were booked or bogged down with people who were very sick, and CVS and Wallgreens were booked out for days. Booking an appointment here was easy and the entire process you stay in your car. Our attendant was incredibly kind, and the test itself felt more like a strange feather and not the painful cotton swabs that some places have. We had results in 14 hours. Can not recommend this facility enough. Very pleased on all fronts.

We had a urgent travel plan and needed to get RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of international flight. One of my friends recommended Om Diagnostics Lab in Norwood. The booking process was easy & staff was really helpful. We got our results within 24 hours. We highly recommend Om Diagnostic for Covid Testing.
