I have used Printmaster for screen printing and embroidery. The quality of both the prints and embroidery are outstanding, with vibrant colors and precise stitching. The customer service is fantastic—responsive, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Printmaster for all of your custom printing and embroidery needs!

11 out of 10!I am a graphic designer and I use PrintMaster for screen printing my T-shirts, art prints, and 24"x36" posters. They are also my go-to for all of my client's projects too.I have been using them since 2021 and have been recommending them to everyone.Their customer service is amazing. They respond to all of my questions quickly and their turnaround time is faster than most other places.I spent months contacting local print shop and PrintMaster was the only one that could accommodate all of my business needs.

Excellent customer service. Needed a few shirts embroidered and order was time sensitive. They went above and beyond to get them to me on time. Nice embroidery work too. It's very clear they take price in their work and I highly recommend.

Initially I called to have pre-fabricated jerseys outfitted with numbers and names. I was told I needed to talk to Tim but he was busy so I left a message. After playing phone tag over multiple days (I had even left an email address), I finally get a call back and I asked him if this was possible. He said send me the specs of the Jerseys and what we would need printed. So I emailed him a pretty detailed message. He responds "We do not offer the transfer you are requesting." No explanation on why or at least a quick sorry. I felt ignored and seems weird that a customer did more work for project.

Tim and his team are amazing to work with. I placed a hug order with a time frame. They not only delivered an amazing product at a great price. The shaved a couple of days off the delivery deadline. Will be doing business with them in the future.
