The absolute worst provider we encountered in my recently departed husband's journey with COPD. We had power outages and called for help with oxygen and were told they are not an emergency provider. Incredibly rude and zero compassion. Other times when supplies running low my oxygen dependent husband was told to come to Norwood if he was running out as they wouldn't be in our area soon. No rating exists to capture this outfit.

Terrible patient experience. The company is only interested in taking your money and the insurance payments. They only operate remotely and new patient experience is nothing more than a point of sale transaction. I was sent a machine with no contact or information. Sizing and fitting can't happen because there is no in-person interaction. Find another provider.

My experience was positive until they sent an email stating they had not received the $35 initial investment. I emailed back with a screenshot of my Visa bill showing the charge from Reliable. They insisted that though I showed the charge on my statement, their finance department did not show the payment. They want me to send another $35, which I will not do since I have proof that they were paid. After all the emails and phone calls both with them and with Bank of America Visa, they insist on an additional payment or a return of the machine I will be taking the machine back to them first thing tomorrow morning and can't understand how they are not grasping the fact that I have already paid the bill.

I’ve waited three weeks for resupplies after my mask broke. This company is the absolute worst.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about but RR has been just fine in my few weeks of working with them. Sure - they send you text messages that gently mentions their other endeavors... but no one is forcing you to use them. So long as they don't spam me with stuff not related to CPAP gear, I couldn't care less. Friendly folks on the phone, prompt call backs, hassle free insurance handling... not sure what else you might want or need.

They are fine until you have a problem, the woman I talked to in customer service got me so angry and I don't usually get angry like that at customer service representatives as I was one myself. I have severe apnea and having a problem with my CPap pressure and all she would keep saying is that I was had to come in so they could test my machine, the nearest location is an hour and a half away and I do not have transportation, But she refused to let me ship the machine and just basically keeps replying that I have no other options. She was rude and dismissive and I keep getting the same person. Not one ounce of understanding or empathy. I'm currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back. If I do not get this resolved I will be switching companies ASAPI received a call from the supervisor and she could not have been better, I talked to somebody named Chelsea, she had empathy, talked to me like a person and gave me solutions. I originally set this up as a one star review and I changed it up to a 4 because of Chelsea. Hopefully they will review the original customer service person's calls and sent her for some retraining, one bad customer service person can really spoil it for a company. I am so glad they called me back and was willing to work with me to fix my issue

Unbelievable ! Less than 24 hours after my provider sent in a prescription..I received an unsolicited TEXT from “Reliable Respiratory” trying to sell me diabetes supplies!!I work in healthcare and can only imagine what would happen if we EVER texted a patient..much less to sell something!!Truly heinous.Update: The representative I dealt with Andrea (below) was kind, but her reply indicates she missed the point: the problem wasn’t the CONTENT of their texts, it was the fact that they sent an unsolicited text without my permission in the first place.

I had an onsite mask fitting yesterday and the respiratory therapist, Tanya, was outstanding. After struggling with scores in the 80s with a lot of leak, she helped me with getting the mask fit just right and gave me a full tutorial on the machine so that I could precheck the mask fit before going to bed. I woke up this morning with a 100 score and I am feeling extraordinarily refreshed. Please, if anyone is having trouble with their mask, get a face to face meeting. It is worth it. Thank you, Tanya, and the rest of the team.

I am not paying for the machine, I’ve told you guys a number of times if you want it you just need to send packaging. I HAVE NO ISSUES giving the machine back to you. Soooooo the balls in your court, if someone wants to come grab it they can do that as well. Stop with the harassing phone calls and come and get your machine. K thanks.

RR sent me CPAP machine, mask & hose. I had 90 days to comply for Medicare to pay. First 60 days I hated it and used it erratically not complying for Medicare payment. At MD's follow-up requirement, nurse called RR and said I needed a person-to-person demo. "Hansel" (a CPAP user himself, what could be better ! !) came and gave me tips. For remaining 30 days all I had to do was use machine 21 consecutive days (noon to noon) for minimum of 4 hrs or 240 minutes per day to comply. I was able to comply thanks to "Hansel."

On behalf of my husband: Supplies are regularly mixed up and not what was ordered and then because insurance has already paid for it he cannot get what he needs; when trying to remedy the wrong order it takes almost an hour to speak to someone and get things re-ordered and they act like they don't believe you when you call about this. Something has changed over the past year and it's not good. Going with another company because his blood pressure over issues like this is not good either.Whomever is packing these orders needs to know what they are doing! Would not recommend this company!

I have ordered my supplies for the CPAP and received the wrong cushion. I need to return the cushions and receive the correct ones. I am sending you the pictures of the two cushions, the wrong one and the correct one. The wrong one has no threads for the hose to clasp and the correct one has the threads.

The should be call Unreliable Respiratory. I was on the phone with them in the afternoon about supplies I ordered. These supplies were ordered 10 days prior and not response. I spoke with customer services and the moved me from one person to another. Finally got an email at 7:15 pm stating that my order was cancelled after the person I spoke with said I was on compliance and the order was confirmed. Health Care is in a crisis!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Reliable Respiratory. I was lucky enough to get karina as my consultant. She is pleasant ,knowledgeable ,she listens, has a great disposition ,called me back when she said she was going to call me back and got me the answers I needed to make an intelligent decision .It was refreshing experience. I wish I had her on my team.! Steve V

I highly recommend them and am so confused by the negative reviews!! My doctor recently sent me to them for a new CPAP and supplies. Absolutely everyone I've interacted with from various departments have been amazingly helpful, friendly and really went out of their way to ensure I got the best treatment possible. Even replaced a mask for free to a different one that works better. I've worked with a few medical supply companies & this one is the best by far!
