I am so so heated. I use this car wash and other, both I frequent through the year. I will never ever use this car was again. I went there yesterday, Sunday, October 30, 2022 when they first opened at 8 am. Purchased the gold package I do not remember the price, but they charged me $42.00 for a job my 2 yr old grandson could have done. I was shocked to hear they they DO NOT wipe down the dash, console or inside door panels, nor use the air blower to complete the car wash. So ok i purchase wiping down the dash w armor all for extra money, but still does not include wiping down door panels or console. the manager said he has been there for 6 or 7 years and they never wipe down dash, door panels or console and if they do its extra, but he said ok he will wipe the door panels, I still had to pay extra for the dash; I understand prices everywhere has gone up, that's ok, I still have to wash my vehicle, but I expect a clean job, I do not expect them to detail the car, but gee, clean it. When car was finished in 3 seconds, it was oh so fast i couldn't believe they were done already, so I get in my vehicle, and the vacuuming was horrible, my windows were streaky, dirt/dust was still on my seats and I am sure they did not use the air blower at all during vacuuming. I was going to go back and really complain but was too heated and aggravated. Terrible business and they will not get my money, I will stay with the other was I frequent in Brockton and Avon. I just cannot believe this and I am not one to really write a review about a complaint, usually I just keep my mouth shut and do not do business there. Now I most definitely will never go back there again. I really want a refund. I ALSO PAID FOR RIMS TO BE CLEANED AND TIRES SHINED, FUNNY THE RIMS WERE FILTHY AND NOT EVEN CLEANED DO NOT USE

Got the diamond laser wash (touch less) car went in pretty clean came out dull looking with water spots and wax all over it. Not worth the $28 I spent. I also went through the wash twice and it still looked like this.

they charged me 2 times to use they're vacuum. vac never turned on. she. I contacted them they said it was just a hold I wouldn't be charged. they lied. I was charged $10 for nothing. I had a problem with the. a few years ago too. I got the "unlimited" car was but was delighted to one wash a day. that's not unlimited.

This place is a joke, for $44 dollars they barely washed or vacuumed my car. I had to spend 10 minutes drying it and they didn’t even have a vacuum I could use to finish cleaning it…

I wish I could give it half a star. Honestly, this place sucks to be blunt. I used to come here years ago and I stopped due to their water leaving stains on my paint, I had a beautiful black suv that had stains on the paint and they would not come off until I had it professionally detailed. They told me to stop going to whenever I wash my car, their water is full of contaminants which cause the stains. Now it's years later, I have a different car... so I thought may it'll be different now..... NOPE!!!! Same b******** pretty much none of the self wash bays takes cash (even though they claim they do?) All the handles leak all over you while you're trying to use them, nothing works the way they should.. soap is pouring out of one thing while you're trying to use another thing.... its insane!!! If you love getting frustrated while cleaning your car....then this is the place for you. If you love having beautiful polished aluminum wheels stained by whatever the hell is in there soap or water.....then this is the place for you. Simply put, avoid this place. I have no idea how their other spots are, so I'm only speaking about this particular one.

REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! And oh boy do they deserve it. Unbelievably bad service. Truly the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I came to rojos for an inspection sticker. My car failed inspection because the engine light was stuck on. I brought it to the dealership, they fixed the issue and I went back to rojos so they could replace my sticker after I paid them 35$. Their sign posted said they're open until 4pm everyday and take the last car at 3:45pm. Over the course of 5 days, I went back 5 TIMES while they were suppose to be open (according to their business hours). Each time they were closed. I explained to the employees I needed the sticker replaced and they should be open. (If I were to take the car to a different garage I would have had to pay an additional 35$). Each time I was berated by the rudest employees I have ever encountered, a woman at the front desk literally screamed at me over the phone and attempted to lie about their business hours. The clerks operating the car wash lied about a car being stuck in the car wash and said that was the reason they were closed when they should have been open (even though you could see straight through the car wash that there wasnt a vehicle stuck inside) ..then proceeded to literally laughed in my face (out loud) when I explained that I had been back multiple times and no one was ever working. I begged them for a refund so I could get my car inspected at a legitimate garage-but they refused. They eventually blamed someone named David for being MIA, and when they finally found him in the back he refused to service the car or talk to me. So I refused to leave. Eventually David came out of the back and gave me a sticker. When I tell you that the employees at this business are low lives, I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. This is a business that is working with the commonwealth of Massachusetts to provide a state run inspection of vehicles and literally takes your money and then closes when they should be open and laughs in your face when you ask for a refund after a week of attempting to get your car inspected during their operating business hours. These people are criminals. They shouldn't be allowed to offer state inspections. And that's exactly what I am going to say when I report them to the commonwealth, right now

I brought my car into car wash on Friday. There appeared to be what I thought was bird turd on my hood. The stain did not come off. When I called them they told me to bring my car back in. It ended up being rust from my parking garage at work. Jeffrey the manager took the time to get the stain out and buff my car. He did a spectacular job and the stain was gone!! Thank you again for your professionalism!!

Just got home from the new Rojo on Providence Hwy in Walpole. Very very disappointing. I've been numerous times before. Never an issue. Today was different. Pulled up to pay and there were at least two guys assisting patrons to pay. Pulled through the wash. Came out and noticed soap still on car. Started to dry car and noticed it wasn't clean nor wet. Not one tire was touched and the back end had the same filth I went in with. I'll attach a few pics but they don't do it justice. No one walks around the vacuum area to see how your experience is so no one to tell that obviously their machines aren't working properly. Got home and got a step stool to look at the roof and it still had a blue color soap all over it!!! The moonroof had to to be completely cleaned and all my windows have soap streaks. I cleaned each tire individually to make it appear that the car is clean. I paid $18 for this hot mess. Please please check your equipment. It's obviously not working.

My Jeep Wrangler got damaged at the 2810 Providence Hwy., Walpole, MA location. Oh, there's a sign that says "not responsible for after market parts" but that is immediately prior to entering the wash and after I already paid. With the line, there was absolutely no way to get out of the queue. Well, the brushes came down and got caught on my light bar and proceeded to rip it off my Jeep and then the light bar smashed into my windshield and cracked it which has resulted in my having to replace that as well. I wrote down my information in their office and asked to speak with the manager. No response. I went back a few days mater, my report had been thrown out. I filed another complaint. No response. DO NOT USE this vendor if you value your vehicle. They don't care.

Spent 28 bucks today for their Diamond wash... Way too high, but figured it would shine like a ... Well truck looked cleaner , but still filthy Would think it would be better at that price... The automated touch less was touchless and looks like no soap or wax touched my truck... I'll go elsewhere next time.

On Sunday September 5th I visited the ROJO car wash in Walpole, I paid 26$ for the diamond wash which included the rim clean and tire shine. I am extremely disappointed, my car was not clean, my rims were filthy and my tires sure as hell didn't shine, my windshields were not clean they were still streaky and gross and the front of my car still had bugs stuck to it. I just think for 26$ my car should have come clean especially since is wasn't overly dirty and at the very least my windshield should have been clean. Will not be returning. Emailed them waiting to see if I get a response

Worst Touchless Car Wash EVER! I should have looked at the car when done, however it was busy, traffic etc so I went back to my mom's (1mile away) and looked at the Touchless Car Wash that was done. So dusty, could still see the writing the grandkids made inthe dust! AWEFUL will never recommend
