I've had a wash pass for years now and I am absolutely sick and tired of this location. Only location with 24/7 access with laser wash. My money is completely wasted here and can't wait to cancel. Their car washes are ALWAYS "not in service" even after being shut down for a month or so for renovations. Always issues with the car wash for the last year or so seriously.

Paid $21 for their platinum car wash. From what I understand the equipment is brand new in both bays. The car wash left my truck still dirty and honestly no cleaner than it was before the wash. As I was driving out, the dryers did not activate and my truck was left completely sopping wet. Pretty much one of the worst touchless experiences I’ve had. I have a video from the moment I drove out of the car wash exit, but unfortunately I can only share photos with a review.Service: Auto detailing

Had THE WORST experience just now at the inspection bay in Norwood. Arrived right from work at 344 PM, sign says inspection bay closes at 4pm, last car to be taken by 345pm. No one was in the bay. Tracked down an employee around 346pm, was told "No Way! There's not enough time!" He then agreed to inspect my vehicle, but told me not to get mad when my car failed inspection because he was rushed and I'd better not get mad at him. He was rude and insulting. I offered to go somewhere else (calmly), but he told me he'd take care of it. When he came around to my car he told me upon looking at it, he's already going to fail it because my license plate looked too dirty. I'm currently down the road at Route 1 auto service. I won't be back to Rojos, for gas or service. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years.*edited to add 4:04pm I'm already done with my inspection at the next place. My car passed.

The absolute worst experience I've had at a touch-less wash. To add insult to injury, all the equipment is brand new! $21 for a wash, they didn't even turn the driers on as I left the bay. Horrible!

CAR WASH IS CLOSED for renovation based on response from owner. Being one of the only self-serve washes in the area that has a high clearance for tall vehicle such as vans and work trucks (maybe the only one in the metro boston area), it's nice to hear the ownership is renovating the systems (thank so much for the response). It was fairly modern before relative to the general market of self-serve car washes, can't wait to see the new bays. Please let us know the ETA of the new washes.Services: Vacuuming

Touchless wash closed in the past month and no explanation until you call them and your call happens to be answered by someone less unfriendly than the managerial person. No apology, no refund for the monthly fee I paid so far. And the managerial person Bella talked to me condescendingly.

I went by today and the laser washes are still down. That's 3 full weeks with no laser wash since August 21. How much longer until it's up and running? I'm a monthly paid member and they don't care to credit you for the time you can't use their wash... it's in the fine print when you sign up.

Went here yesterday and will never go back! They didn't vacuum my trunk and destroyed my vehicle. There are 3 major scratches. In addition to the scratches, whatever product they used, destroyed a panel on my car, which is now milky and hazy and will not come off, and has to be replaced and cannot be detailed out. Do not go here if you care about your car!

Outstanding!!i brought my car to Rojo when a half gallon of paint spilled all over back of my Ford Explorer. The team did an incredible job, my car looks brand new!! i highly recommend them. my car looks brand new!! The Service is outstanding and the team of associates are top notch!!

Great car wash open 24 hours. Lots of bay with vacuums, self service bays, 2 reg wash bays and 2 Lazer touch less bays. Get the monthy pass and you literally can wash your vehicle daily if you want to for the month. I go weekly and it's worth the 34.00 I spend on the monthy subscription.

Walpole location. Hands down the worst car wash I've ever been to. Now, I got the Silver wash, which is their lowest priced wash. But I assumed (incorrectly) that I'd at least come out with a clean car (not shiny and perfect, just clean). Attached are pictures of my car immediately after coming out. Bird droppings that are still there, dirty windshield (driver's and passenger side), hood still covered with small leaves that were stuck to it. It basically looked like it had been through a rainstorm. But I got to pay $14 for it.So, save yourself some money and stay away from Rojo. If you use a hose in your driveway, or wait for some rain, your car will get cleaner.

I would not suggest signing up for any of their wash plans. For one there is a line 10 cars deep almost anytime you go to wash your car. Secondly, the technology on their touch-less wash is poor, unable to recognize my vehicle and then noting that my card was expired when it was not. Thirdly, no one could get me into a car wash after I explained the issue. They were too busy with too many issues. I’d suggest you figure out a manual override for your customers when your technology is not dependable. This place used to be better and has since been lacking in a variety of ways since remodeling. I won’t be returning.

The car wash doesn't wash the cars properly. They need to fix the dials so it can clean the cars a lil better! For all that it does, they shouldn't be charging less.They need to have an area set aside, with a brush and some solution that give customers the opportunity to scrub their own wheels/tires/grills and other areas that the machines not cleaning or cleaning properly. That would help a lot!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN INSPECTION. The guy that does them is a complete JERK. Got a rejection sticker and I will gladly pay someone else rather than go back here.
