The staff there are very difficult and they don't like helping customers they literally do the opposite they get frustrated if you have an issue they don't want to help and I was going through there and I am a PCA in my client was driving one of the disability buggies and they literally followed her around and then harass her and then they said we were trespassing we no longer welcome there

This location is ok. Bonus points for having an in store Starbucks. Selection is fine, does get crowded at times. Definitely minus points for the bathroom which is very often filthy.

I just wanted to share that I had an amazing experience going to the checkout. I usually avoid talking to people due to social anxiety and being in my own world lol but I had a 300 dollar order so decided to go to lane 5 where the young kid was working. We talked and talked and I bagged my things quickly because I used to be a bagger at a different grocery store. He was so kind and so funny. I didn’t get his name and I wish I did. But thank you for making my day and reminding me that it’s okay to talk to people sometimes 😂

Large busy parking lot, wheelchair accessible and in the store. Full grocery store with fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables, meats, bakery, deli, cut flowers. The aisle for pets only seems to cater for cats and dogs but not for wild birds. Bottle/can return in foyer from main parking lot. Starbucks on site. Store is usually clean & well stocked, including basic international foods. Staff are variable - some very friendly, some less, but not insolent, more uninterested.

I go to Shaws because it is the closest grocery store to my house. The weekly deals are usually pretty good. The produce is hit or miss. They are usually under staffed.

Pricey, some stuff here is absurdly priced compared to competitors. Specifically some of the produce and fresh meat products.
Some businesses kept their prices high to juice their profits after COVID and others adjusted after supply pressures went down. Shaw’s has appeared to have kept more of the increases than not. (Though to be fair stop n shop hasn’t done much better and roche bros is even worse, while market basket and Trader Joe’s held the line better)

Clean and tidy store, couple of times found expired products and stuff was very apologetic, great selection of the flowers, almost everything I need is always in stock, clean bathroom. Don’t forget to sign up for the points, it’s always nice to have them pile up till you can use it to pay for your groceries. Can we have one more sourdough bread brand? The only one you have is not that tasty and almost always unavailable. For example, something backed by you and packaged as half’s and sliced already, would be incredible. Your section with cut and prepackaged fruits is great, just wash it more thoroughly please. Thank you! P.S. Couldn’t pick the best photo, so attached both of them.
