“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else.
