We had a TSA appt scheduled for this morning. We arrived 10 minutes early. The employee working said the person who manages the TSA appointments was running late. We waited 25 minutes then find out the person called out sick. This was a complete waste of time from start to finish. We drove 20 minutes to get there, waited another 25 minutes to find out the employee called out and there are no other staff members trained in this area. Why is this person the only option and why can't management communicate to the line of people waiting what is going on? I understand sickness happens but there should be a back up alternative and if there isn't someone should be communicating what happened with potential reschedule options. Poor customer service and communication. Take your business elsewhere.

1. Besides printing here.2. I also did my TSA here. I made a couple of mistakes on my requirement but the staff was patient with me and finally did it on my 3rd try.3. Amazon return was efficient and easy! I got 10$ off coupon4. I also got a nice discounted 50% off Minecraft backpack here.

More like IdentoSLOW. I got here at 12:35 for my 12:40 appointment to get my fingerprints done for a job. It's now 1:13 and the person ahead of me in line is just now being processed. There weren't even enough chairs in the "waiting area" (it's a dirty hallway). Honestly kinda funny how trashy this seems to be. Unimpressed.

In town from NC visiting family in Boston. My challenge was to ship this Patriots corn hole game back to my NC home. 1st stop post office to see if they had a box big enough. No go. The post master suggested Staples. Thankful he did. We went to this Staples. Jackpot. The manager Daniel was helpful and amazing. He helped me select the correct items for packaging since they didn't have a box it would fit into. Daniel then proceeded to wrap the corn hole game like a pro. Not sure why the rating for this location is so low. Maybe it was before Daniel. Thanks again!!! My package reached as promised in great condition. And the price was compatible to the u s post office.

Walked in for an Amazon return, and looked lost. Was greeted by a smiling associate, who directed me to the correct place.The person assisting with the Amazon return was atrocious. I had a few items, and he clearly hated helping me. There were loud sighs, he was quite upset at the items i had to return, and complained about having to help. Was quite frankly a terrible experience.

Terrible experience at the Printing Service desk. I went in this morning so I could print a small PowerPoint. A simple task one would think. Apparently not for staples. The first gentlemen seemed very perplexed that I would request them to print a PowerPoint. After I emailed them the file I then was interacting with the woman on staff, when I asked her to print it in the notes view, she proceeded to scoff at my request and said, “do you know how to do that?”, so I asked her to select a few buttons which she then did not and continued to click whatever she wanted. Then she said, “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I then decided it was best I go to another printing center since there are many to choose from and I didn’t need to give my service to such rude people. I went 2 minutes up the road to FedEx where the gentlemen greeted me with a smile and was able to print my PowerPoint in 1 minute, even with the same old as hell computer staples had. I was also planning on buying a new desk chair which range from $150-$300 but forget giving my money to this establishment. I will never understand people who work in the service industry and treat customers so horrid. GET ANOTHER JOB IF YOU HATE IT SO MUCH!!

I guess I’m just surprised that I placed an order for a basic document to be printed at 11AM. Just called to inquire when it would be done, at 1PM, and the kid told me “by the end of the day,” which I had asked “so by 9PM?” And he said yes lol. The website said same day orders by 2PM. Idk in what world it would take up to 8 hours to print a document.

I went there with 5 certificates to be copied. The lady said that it won't be ready on spot and took my phone to call me later on to pick the copies. She attached a sticky note to each certificate with my info at the number of copies needed.Late afternoon called to check on the order- not ready!It was ready only on the following day in the afternoon (no one called me either),When checked the copies it was at home. Unfortunately for me since the made the wrong copy with the wrong size!I had to go back for the third time to get it right,The only reason I don't give them a one star is that the fixed their mistake on the spot without extra- charge.

*BEWARE*This store notoriously overcharges everyone. I went in three times over the course of one week.The first time they rang up the same item multiple times and overcharged me 10$. I went back in the store for a refund.The second time, as I was checking out, the person in front of me in line was saying he was overcharged for 20$ (One item, rung up multiple times) they refunded him.This is the point at which it became sketchy to me.The third time- they overcharged me 13$ ringing up the same pack of pens three times. I had to go back in for a refundBe careful. There is some predatory activity going on in this staples. The employees totally cannot be trusted. Go to a different store. I will never go back.
