The Store Manager Sean was a tremendous resource, I explained to Sean, the Bridgestone Alenza on my 2024 Volkswagen were noisy at highway speed and had a hard ride. Sean researched several options and recommended the Yokohama Geolander X - CV tires. Once installed, I noticed the change in ride, and comfort Immediately! This is the tire to get. No more road noise and the tire look great.

I had a great experience at Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Norwood. One of my tires went flat, and after I filled it with air it seemed fine. I was concerned/confused about what went wrong and that it might pose a problem during an upcoming roadtrip. I was also worried that being a woman and going into an auto shop I might not get taken seriously or that they would try to sell me things I didn't need. The staff fit me in last minute and it was a quick, easy and inexpensive repair.

I had an appointment this morning and I got 4 new tires and oil change. They had reasonable prices..also they did not try to sell me more than I needed. They might not like me saying that I mentioned my push start was not working well and that I could only afford the 4 tires and they fixed it ..and they didnt charge me. Its not often people are nice like that.I was very appreciative for that. They were professional and quick said it would take 2 to 3 hours only took 1hr and a half. I would recommend this place for your service needs and Thank you sullivan tire norwood for making this easy and quick.

I checked the tire I wanted at on the web site spoke with Eric and Sean at the Norwood store, they confirmed the fit and availabilty. I made an appointment for the next day, purchased and had the tires installed at that time. Appointment went flawlessly, Sean called when my vehicle was ready and I was good to go. Excellent experience.

I left here this afternoon wondering why more businesses can’t run like Sullivan Tire…
I went in last week for an estimate for four new tires, after being very satisfied with the price I made an appointment the following week.
I dropped the truck off Monday night for the Tuesday morning appointment. By 10 o’clock I got the phone call that the job was done.
Very friendly, detailed service writers that obviously know what they are doing.
Thank you. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I will be back.

I've been here before to get tires but really the only reason was convenience. I worked down the street and it was easy to drop it off during work hours and pick it up later. My most recent visit wasn't great. I made an appointment and dropped it off, and when I picked it up the wheels were caked in white tire lube which took me forever to clean off, and my floor mats were trashed. I have a very nice set of red floor mats that were now caked in what looked like white mud. I understand maybe getting some dirt here and there from your shoes but this was straight up ignorance and negligence. I know they have paper mats to prevent this which tells me the techs are too lazy to do something so simple. Not to mention my tires were not balanced correctly as they were shaking pretty badly at highway speeds. I called and asked if they would rebalance them and they told me I'd have to wait 3 days for an opening which is wild considering they didn't balance them right in the first place. I ended up calling Firestone and they had me in next day. I won't be coming back here again

Very easy , efficient in getting quotes compared to other places( who either didnt answer phone or tried to high pressure you into other services) . Very friendly, sales associates. Convenient waiting area. They performed a courtesy service giving me the benefit of the doubt. Highly recommend.

My 11 year old Honda needed some serious attention! As usual, the crew at Sullivan Tire Norwood took care of business! It's running better than new, stops on a dime and the gas mileage is back up to 30 mpg highway. Who can ask for more than that? We couldn't be happier and this is why we have trusted Sully's for over 30 years! Huge thanks to Eric and the rest of the guys!

Easy online order/appointment setup. Easy drop off and pick up with friendly staff. Got oil changed while having new tires installed. Also got a good deal on the tires .
