I have a copier that I bought from TBS several years ago. Rarely needed service but whenever it did, they were very responsive. Recently, they outdid themselves. Copier died on the weekend, called for help on Monday morning and they sent someone out SAME DAY. to diagnose. Returned on Tuesday with new part and copier was up and running Tuesday afternoon. This is a home office.....so no reason to expect lots of sales! Nevertheless, outstanding customer service; I recommend them highly.

Town Business provides the best support and customer service in Mass. In my five years working with them, they’ve always had my replacement toners delivered quickly, and were able to service my printers and copiers same day. I have the utmost praise for the staff at Town Business and you should use them for any of your printer and copier needs!

I brought my HP Laserjet in for a repair. Unfortunately, the driver mechanism was only repairable at a huge cost. Rather than encourage me to fix it, they suggested I scrap the machine and purchase a new one. The technician spent over an hour diagnosing the problem rather than jump to a fix that would not last. And other than the $25 evaluation deposit, they waived the remaining fee. They also provided advice on a good replacement machine. Although I live in Boston, I will make the 40 minute drive out to Town to fix any of my business systems. Thanks Chris!!

We just bought our 3rd copy machine. Why? Great pricing not only for the machine but the maintenance contract. The tech that does our service, Chris, outstanding!! You can't ask for a better company. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable.
