Reached out to Nick at U/C to have them check out my “71” Charger R/T, that wasn’t running well at all, for quite some time.
I dropped it off at 10am on Thursday and he called at 2 and said it was ready.
Picked up my car on Friday morning and l couldn’t get over how well it was running.
Started it up yesterday morning, two pumps off the gas and it started right up, Electric choke is working, never before as long as I have had this car has it been running this well.

Price is okay and i’m sure it was just a mistake but the choke flap was not installed right leading it to not open & making the car run bad when hot after i got my carb rebuilt

Hey what can I say about Universal nothing but praise from me. I have a 1974 Pontiac Grandville. I dropped my car off to have the Carburetor rebuilt. I had ordered an OEM one and it would not run right. I brought my original Carburetor in they rebuilt it and put it back on the car. Car runs like a top and not a problem since. Great Job and one happy customer.

I have had 3 different marine carbs rebuilt by these guys in the last two weeks and all 3 were done in a day and shipped back immediately. All 3 boats ran flawlessly upon installation. Top notch shop, can't recommend their services enough.

I shipped a carb up there from here on the Cape on a Thursday. I got a call on Monday that it was done! They shipped it back to me and I received it on Tuesday. I was amazed how it looks brand new. These guys are the best!

Universal Carburetor does excellent work, and are quite reasonable! I brought in my 1977 Ford Granada with the 302 V8 as it desperately needed the carburetor rebuilt. I couldn’t believe how well the engine ran after It’s so much on point that you’d swear it had fuel injection. Newer or older, bring it here.
