UPS told me from THREE different sauces (Through email, UPS My Choices, and UPS Support Hotline) that they WILL attempt final delivery on Monday by 9pm, so I took a day off just to receive this LOVELY package. Monday came, no-show. So I called again, told me that the schedules they gave from THREE different sauces can be "INACCURATE" (Words from his mouth), and they will not be making another attempt, told me to come here and pickup my package instead.

This is the most trash Customer Center. They were supposed to take a picture of my package and have me sign a package for delivery, but they just left over $500 worth of items with no signature and never rang my doorbell so I could sign my package. When I called UPS and they called the center, they said that they could not re-deliver the package since they had too many packages. I literally saw the person drive off and I screamed at them to wait up, but they drove off anyways. These guys are trash. Use FedEx or USPS instead. Never again. My sender is going to use FedEx next time because of this trash experience. (I have a ring camera too and they didn't even try)

Best service I have ever received from the head Security gentleman to the people who are unloading the trucks. Haven't had this level of superior service in a long time. They acknowledged my sense of urgency and came through beautifully. Thank you Norwood UPS for making such a positive impact on my family and me! JLydon

I called them to hold my package. They confirmed and called me at 8in the morning that my package will be held.They still put my package on the truck. 1 hour wasted from work when it could been 20 min. Next is calling the merchant to see if they use any other shipping services. The man at the counter was awesome. Nice and calm. It’s the guys in the back.

My package is lost I can't get anyone to help me. I mailed it Dec.30th and still hasn't been delivered. Everyone keeps blaming everyone else. Somebody please help me.

One of the worst experience. It felt like employees treated it more like their home than a workplace. Very unprofessional and 0% customer service. In need of new management.

Said I was impolite when inquiring about a package delivery. I was requested to contact the third party that sent package to change the delivery time. I did that and the ups still didn't not comply with the simple request to adjust a delivery time to afternoon. I will never use ups if I don't have to ever again

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place has the worst customer service and employees. None of them are ever helpful and they’re always messing with people’s mail and doing illegal things. Our driver NEVER delivers any of our packages and he always changes the address in the system. Every time we order something and it’s delivered via ups it takes us 2 weeks to retrieve the package because we have to chase it all around Massachusetts and speak to 10 different departments. Only for us to always have to go out of our way to some facility and pick it up, and that’s if it wasn’t sent back to where we purchased from.

This place is legitimately the WORSE! I was supposed to get two packages delivered to my place on Friday, nothing was supposed to be signed for. I called because I received a email stating the package was going to be dropped off at a drop off location. I called in rage because it was for my business overseas and it had to driven to another state for someone to fly back. Customer service told me the driver "used their discretion", I'm sorry people don't get paid to use their discretion. They get paid to DO THEIR JOB, DELIEVER THE PACKAGES!!!!! Fast forward, I went to this place and although I was mad I was talking calmly first and the manager Dan Kelly laughed in my face and that made me furious. Nothing was done either. I went in my car to relax and went back in then to talk to Steve. He said they were going to do something, which we agreed on and a week later NOTHING HAS GOTTEN DONE!
