“Brought my new kitten here and from the initial visit to neutering it was one of the easiest, smoothest experiences I've had with a vet ever. Every one was so extremely nice, helpful and extremely patient with an anxious cat and an even more anxious owner. I'm more at ease knowing if I ever have a question or concern they will be able to help. I can recommend them fully”

“We recently needed medical attention for my 3 year old Golden Retriever. We were taken care of by the amazing Dr. Tinkham and everyone at VUCC Dedham. We were greeted by a friendly staff which immediately calmed our nerves. We were cared for quickly and the process was explained so we knew exactly what was going on and how our pup would be cared for.She is better than new because of the incredible care, compassion, and quick work we received at VUCC Dedham.Thank you! We will be forever patients!”

“I found this place because I had been going to the same Brookline vet group for 17 years and it has steadily been going downhill but I was loyal and don’t like change. When my dog became really sick - I had to find a place that was organized, calm & competent to try and save my dogs life. Ultimately, lily passed away but the wonderful care she received & the kindness that was shown to me was like night and day compared to my previous vet. I can’t believe I waited so long to switch to a different vet / practice. Thank you chestnut hill for doing everything you could for Lilly & I. The receptionist/administrator, vet techs & veterinarians were so nice to us during a very sad and stressful time.”

“Dr. Temple and her team are the best! I’m new to Boston and was yet to establish care for my dog Bentley before he started having problems with his teeth. Dr. Temple made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with a complete dental removal, as Bentley has a heart murmur. The office is clean, modern, & her staff is always friendly. On top of all this prior to visiting Bentley had a medical emergency. I called her office to see if they handled emergency visits, they don’t but gave me a great referral as to where I could take him until his appointment which was so helpful!!”

“All four of my dogs go to JM Pet Vet for their healthcare needs, and they are great! This review however is about the retail store that is attached to the clinic. My labrador is 10 years old and has been struggling pretty severely with arthritis in her hips. After her laser treatment this week I stopped in at the retail store to look for salmon oil. They have an amazing selection so I was sure they'd have what I needed. The best part though, was meeting a super knowledgeable and helpful animal nutritionist who is on staff! She gave me fabulous advice about supplements for my dog, nutrition advice for helping her to lose some weight, and overall support about ways to help my dog feel better as quickly as possible. Her name is Crystal (the nutritionist, not my dog!), and if you need nutrition advice to help your pet live their longest and happiest lives, you should make a point to go by and speak with her. I'm happy I did!”

“When I adopted my 2nd dog Niko (1.5 year old black American Labrador Retriever) from the MSPCA, they were located on the VFW Parkway across from what was then West Roxbury High School. At that time they had a decent practice with hopes to move and not only modernize, but enhance the client and experience. It was not long after that first visit (about a year or 2) that they had built their new building on Spring Street. Clean and spacious with an aquatic therapy pool. They graciously offered tours of their entire space. In 2010, I added Cadbury (chocolate English Labrador Retriever) and he and Niko continued to go to Ilene Segal, DVM.In 2015, Niko had passed and Cadbury and I moved to Framingham, where we parted ways with Parkway Vet due to distance and time. I regretted those years as we did not receive the same great service and eventually returned to Parkway Vet regardless of the distance. At this time we introduced Leanne Diese, DVM, to our newest member Mallow (yellow American Labrador Retriever). Dr. Diese took great care of my two boys Mallow and Cadbury and was very supportive during the untimely death of our youngest Mallow (age 7) due to sudden cardiac failure.Today, Cadbury (age 13) is still going as strong as a senior dog can go. The care and support of these two, Dr. Segal and Dr. Diese are one of a kind.Since 2018, and the various moves, I have continued to call Parkway Veterinary Hospital my home for care of my family.Owning a dog is never inexpensive, but the guidance and care is priceless and I strongly recommend considering Parkway Veterinary Hospital your place for veterinary care of your cat or dog.”

“Wonderful caring staff. Dr Segaloff and his assistant Alex are wonderful. Front desk reception staff - awesome. If you find yourself unfortunately having to be at a veterinary oncology center this is the place to be. My 10-year-old Shetland sheepdog is being treated for squamous cell carcinoma inside of his nostril with electrochemotherapy. He went in at 8:00 a.m. and came out at 3:00 p.m. bopping down the ramp like nothing happened. We're hoping for complete cure. We know we've provided the best care for him that we can. ?”

“Took our little (old) girl over here for an injured front leg. Was able to get a same day appointment, just a short wait when we got there. And the staff was amazing!”

“We take our two french bulldogs here and have had nothing but good experiences. With a breed that is prone to health issues, it's important to find a vet clinic that is attentive and listens carefully. That said, I've been to a handful of vets where you feel as though their #1 goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible. Not here! Our dogs see Dr. Evans and he is incredible - thorough in his assessment, cares about the well-being of the animals, and willing to listen to all of your concerns/answer your questions. The same goes for the vet techs and receptionists. Kind and caring staff through and through! Highly recommend bringing your pet here.”

“They treated our husky with the best possible care for 14 great years. Over those 14 yrs they explained every option when it came to treating our dog. I can’t say enough about the people that work there as they were always very warm, welcoming and accommodating when we needed a same day appointment. The people, and the treatment that our dog received was always top notch. I would recommend foxboro animal hospital to anyone.”

“I can’t even write enough amazing things about Dr. D'Esopo! My pup has potentially come down with the new strain of kennel cough and I have been worried sick. Dr. D'Esopo Has called me to check in and walk me through the best plan of action. He even called me on thanksgiving to check in! I will forever trust him with taking the best care of my dog”

“Our 17 year old kitty Timone reached the end of her life this morning. The doctor and entire staff at Tufts were incredibly compassionate and provided the best environment for our family to be with her as she went to sleep (purring) for the last time. A sad day, but also the most beautiful way to be with our fur baby and say goodbye. Thank you Tufts.”

“They were very sensitive in telling us our dog was terminally ill and told us of the options and consequences open to us. They allowed time and space while there to come to a decision. When it was decided to put it down they were generous with their time before and after the procedure so we could say goodbye to our friend and soul partner.”

“Staff are so accommodating and sweet with our reactive pit rescue. We’ve had bad experiences elsewhere and are grateful to have found such a good fit. Prices are reasonable as well. I also appreciate the candor and balance in advising - they don’t push unnecessary procedures but taking all thoughtful precautions. Highly recommend!”

“We were referred to this vet by a good friend who’s traveled 30-45 mins to get to West Rox. They were absolutely right for it. My anxious min pin had an amazing visit. The vet techs were immediately kind and knew his name, leaning down to give him scratches. The doctor was amazing. He immediately sat on the ground with our nervous guy and chatted with us. He was so informative and patient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“After a less than ideal experience with a our last vet my fiancé and I brought our cat here, and honestly we were desperate for someone who understood anxious cats. From the start we had an asking experience, I mentioned that our guy was a little spicy and the vet tech said “It’s nothing I can’t handle!” Which put our minds at ease instantly. After a check over, Dr. McMillan called me in to go over our cats history in depth. This was such a kind and caring gesture that showed me they truly care about the whole picture and work with a total understanding of the cats issues. I am happy to share that we have not had to go back since our initial visit due to the great advice and care given to our baby!We will be clients here for a long time! THANK YOU!”
