been in th drive through waiting for 45 minutes for two cars. How? I have never needed more than 2 minutes... people getting out of their cars, banging on the pickup window... leaving angrily... madness I say.

If I could give fewer than one star, I would. This location needs to figure it out. Hire more people for the pharmacy. Pay them whatever they ask for. The wait times here are insane no matter when you come. Also, the app suggests they can ship the prescription to my door but they never follow through on that service. Always just call for the pickup. Worst customer experience I've had anywhere in my life.

Went to pick up my prescription today (1/22/22)and the store was closed due to technical issues. Just a sign on the door that they were having problems and they were closed. I used to go to CVS but my insurance changed to Walgreens. I think CVS is better.

Spent 10 minutes in line waiting for a Flu Shot. After approximately 10 years using my Medicare Card this Walgreens says it doesn't match. Apparently they're not very efficient. Try CVS or anywhere else but this place

Expedited my script after a long and complicated mistake from my doctors office. Pharmacy was super busy and short staffed but they filled it quickly and professionally!

One doesn't expect to be assaulted by a store clerk when going into the store to pick up an item that I had paid for and ordered online. The website said it was in that particular store, which is about 30 minutes away from where I live. (It's an important medical device for a family member who I take care of.). I had expected to walk into the store and show the email with the receipt of payment on my phone, be given the device, and go. The cLerk walked us to the shelves where they would be, and there was none on the shelf. My partner told her, "wouldn't that be out back so it wouldn't be sold?" She came back with one saying there were plenty of them. Great, now can we take it and go? No. She calls the manager. I think, good this will be resolved. We are led to the front of the store to the photo counter to process it. We were told that that was not the one and we'd have to come back when the one I ordered was delivered. I said, but I bought the one IN the store according to the website. This went back and forth for quite some time when I finally said "look, I paid for this so I'm taking it and going home" I picked it up, she grabbed it from me and pushed me with it. Assault. I called corporate and have filed a complaint. I was told I would get a call from somebody from corporate within two days.

Never coming back to this location. Retail is dying because of employees like Danny at this location. They are underpaid, frustrated people who don't care about the customer and just want to go home. I did pictures in this location. If the pictures are not visible does it make sense to give them to a customer? No. But all they want is to take your money and if you complain, he gives you attitude. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else to get pictures printed.

They only get one star because I have to give them something to post a review. Worst customer service at the pharmacy today! The women I dealt with on the phone was rude and completely ignorant!! I am a pharmacy technician I know the job. She was insisting I give her dosage and directions for all meds being transferred, this is information the pharmacist gets when they call! These were all new medications for my mother for pneumonia! Not everyday medications. When I asked to speak with the pharmacist she said no because they were too busy! I regret not getting her name but the technician was Indian and had an accent! In the end my mom who is elderly and in a fixed income ended up paying full price for meds that would've been covered if the technician knew how to do her job properly!

Stopped in to do some last minute Easter shopping at 9:30 (they close at 10). This is usually the time I shop here and it's always very quiet (hence the reason I shop here late). However, tonight it was different. When I walked in, there were approximately 10 customers all doing the same thing I set to do - Easter shopping. Now I go up to pay for my purchase and the manager for some crazy reason decided to close one of the two check out registers. Now there's a line of 6 people waiting to be checked out 15 minutes before closing - Ridiculous! Epic fail! And the lady doing the only check out, Phyllis, seemed totally disinterested in doing such. If I were the store manager or district manager I'd fire that manager ASAP because obviously he hasn't a clue in how to do such a thing.
