Honestly some of the worst driving i’ve ever seen and to think these people are hired to transport others!? I fear for the passengers lives.

Awful driving. Going to cause an accident, I can’t believe anyone would trust this person behind the wheel.

One of my drivers took so long to get home and I usually get home earlier. But without them I would be stuck at school. for me it's a 50/50.

We have been with YCN for years, with the exception of a short time after Covid our town changed contracts which was a nightmare, but then after pleading with them, they resumed YCN. We have been very lucky with drivers. We had Joanne for 5 years, and she was amazing. We have now had Jim for many years and he is wonderful, too. Always on time, kind and reliable. Barbara, Chris & Laura in the office have been consistently good. Over the past 9 years, I have dealt with Barbara quite a bit and she is always patient and communicative. I know there are so many moving pieces and appreciate the consistency and reliability we have received from this company. I believe it is a rarity in this business, which makes even more grateful!

YCN has the most patient dispatchers and in particular Bob and Lisa are excellent, caring drivers. Thank you, YCN!

Driving down RT 138. This driver cuts me off from behind and almost runs me off the road and speeds off! further up the road she does the same to a truck! How is this company supposed to be transporting special needs children and hire drivers like this! unbelievable!

This past year we have been so incredibly fortunate to have Tom as our students' van driver in Dedham. Tom has gone above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure the safety and happiness of our students. Safety is of utmost importance to Tom. He has connected naturally with our students, taking an invested interest in their lives, remembering their family members and important events in their lives, and treating them with absolute kindness, each and every day. He is a warm, kind, and dedicated person who has enriched the lives of our students and all of those around him. Safety is of utmost importance to Tom. I am fortunate to be able to collaborate with Tom when he transports my students to and from school. Keep up the good work, Tom!

I long to on to this site to give a review about a driver I witnessed driving through a red light only to find that they were other reviews saying exactly the same thing. How is this company is still operating

My review is not that of a passenger, but related to the judgement of the driver and the safety of the students it was transporting. I was stopped at a traffic light behind van #536 on 3/13/14 at 4:00 pm when I witnessed the driver, after stopping for the red signal, accelerate through the red light. The light had been red for at least 30 seconds both before and after the driver drove through the red light. I attempted to report the incident directly to YCN via phone, however after waiting 15 minutes on the line, no one picked up the phone. I drove to the YCN office to report the incident, but the worker I spoke to there seemed less than interested. She said that the van was transporting adults rather than children (and somehow that made it ok?). She did however note the incident, but discounted the actions of the driver noting that there are some lights in town that 'everyone' drives through. My report to YCN and this review are the extent of my follow-up on this, but I would be sure not to trust this driver with the safety of anyone I cared about.
