“Very nice store with lots souvenir items to choose from. The owner was very nice and the prices were reasonable. I did inform the owner that his D9 merchandise was nice, but he was lacking Phi Beta Sigma paraphernalia. I hope he includes some next year when I return.”

“The store owner was amazing. She was patient and knowledgeable about all the products carried. As the name states serenity, she seems to take pride in creating a serene environment. When another customer was talking so loudly on her phone (via speaker) that we could barely hear ourselves, she politely asked her to refrain from cellphone use. Even when the other customer became belligerent she handled the matter extremely professionally. I highly recommend this store. I could not have asked for better customer service.”
