BUYER BEWARE. INSPECT EVERYTHING BEFORE PURCHASE We bought a can of sunscreen that was defective, didn’t use it. The manager wouldn’t give a refund and was incredibly rude. You can’t just sell broken stuff and not get called out on it that’s just not good business. I just left the can of sunscreen. What can I do with it?

It is either owned or managed by an older man who is so rude and abusive I assume he is ill.

We discovered this gem on our most recent trip to Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard. We were heading out when the owner, who happened to be visiting on the boat next to ours asked where we were going to dinner. As a family, we love to talk food so we chatted with him for a bit. He gave us some tips for island dining and then mentioned he owned a food truck but it didn't open until 8. We promised we would make a stop there during our stay. Fantastic food and atmosphere, and open all night. Best meal I've had on MV in a long time!

Fun fact! You can't buy alcohol in grocery stores on Martha's Vineyard! We went into two before Bob at the information booth explained why we couldn't find a bottle of wine. He pointed us to Jim's which is across the street from him. Jim's has everything you need. It's about $5 more than what I spend on a bottle of wine (same wine) at home but I'm on an island and he's got the market!

Customers beware... this place sold me expired food. My friend, dog, and I all got sick immediately after eating snacks. Other than that the staff was nice and the selection was decent. Just be sure to check expiration dates... Needless to say I won't be back...

Off-islander's perspective: best food I've had on the entire island by a long shot! In fact, very best fried mac & cheese ever: super creamy, not greasy or oily, with a phenomenal sweet and spicy sauce. Also had lamb gyro: lamb is truly wonderful (guessing braised or roasted?) with terrific spices, absolutely nothing like the shaved mystery meat gyros elsewhere. Now I know where I'm eating dinner the next few nights, can't wait to go back and try everything!

Amazing food truck, Great prices and delicious food. Would spend all of the money in the world to eat at a food truck like this. Games are included if you purchase.!

Totally unprofessional. Rude staff made a misogynistic comment to me and my little sister. Terrible selection and not worth the high prices. I recommended OUR MARKET just down the road.

Excellent selection of craft beer and twisted teas when they aren't sold out. Definitely a staple of oak bluffs and the staff is usually friendly.

Good variety of beer and wine, convenience store, and gas station. Ask about gas card - buy 100 gallons get $10. Jim's accepts the Island Club Card, the discount is currently .20 cents off per gallon, .25 cents on Friday's and 10% off store (excludes booze).

We worked with Bogdan, the general manager of Jims, for our wedding and he was the best! He recommended the perfect number of bottles and types of alcohol for the event and he went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Jims for any of your island events. They are amazing.

Jim's Packie was our booze vendor for our Vineyard wedding, and the guys here were totally willing to work with us and order the specific craft beer we were looking for if at all possible, plus had some good recommendations ("try this wine over that"). Even better, they drop off the booze and then pick up (and refund!) you the leftovers. They're a no brainer for Vineyard alcohol, especially if you're hosting an event.

Certifiably the best liquor store on the island. They have a vast selection of all types of wine, spirits and beers. It is my number once choice on island! Plus the staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. A+
